Nice place, but a few flaws that need notice

It wasnt a bad little place, it was close to wembly staduim and a comfortable and mostly clean room but there was some stuff left in the fridge and the bin was emptied but apart from that it was farely nice. We did find a few faults, the shower was coming off the wall and the peak hole cover for the door was bent and loose so it couldnt cover.

Leider ist das einzige was man positiv erwähnen kann die Nähe zum Wembley Stadion. Das Zimmer war so dreckig das wir selbst aufs Duschen verzichtet haben. Das Zimmer war extrem abgewohnt mit Flecken und dreck der nicht erst seit kurzem da sein muss. Leider nicht zu empfehlen.

This property is not a hotel; it is student accommodation that is incorrectly listed as a hotel. I had a very bad experience during my 10-night stay, which I booked hoping for a clean and pleasant place to rest. Unfortunately, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and I ended up developing a rash on my legs. Since my booking was non-refundable, I felt obligated to complete my stay, but I was very unhappy with the overall experience. I believe Expedia should be more cautious about the properties they list. Additionally, the staff at the front desk lacked proper customer service skills. In particular, Szilva, one of the team members, was very unprofessional.

FAIR, BUT...

Stay this time was fair (been here previously, 4yrs ago). However there was no cleaning and provision of toiletries during our 5-night stay as distinct from usual 'hotel' settings.

Horrific conditions, can’t believe they let students stay there. Mould, grime and the most uncomfortable bed we’d ever slept on (like a cardboard box). Don’t stay here. We’d booked two night and checked out early after one. I’ve been trying to contact since to arrange a refund for the unstayed night but no answer and no way of contacting. The property is not good it has a kind of reception desk but it took us nearly an hour to get a room. Then the key didn’t so went back to reception which was 10mins away Fo the member of staff to say the batteries had gone flat in the door lock but instead of replacing the batteries we had to get a member of staff to open the door. I over the odds for one night to find you had to provide your own toilet roll and towels for showers I’d definitely not be stopping there again

Not good but was manageable for 1 night

Not good but was manageable for 1 night…was only there for 1 night. Slow check-in. No toilet roll in room had to ask reception. Toilet blocked after one flush looked like days old feaces toilet clogged with the feaces remaining on the surface. Toilet water brown and extremely smelly. Reception informed they stated come and use the toilet at the reception when needed bearing in mind we were on the 5th floor. Staff reported no maintenance was on site at the time to address the problem. Room really hot so bring a fan like we did (Had read a previous review stating how hot the room gets). Pillows not great. WiFi fairly good but on a unsecure network. Location amazing a few minutes from Wembley..ovo arena etc. Great food options nearby.
