Le service était impeccable et l’hôtel lui même étaient très bien. Mais notre chambre bien que très confortable, n’avait aucune insonorisation. Comme elle donnait sur la rue, nous avons été réveillés 4 à 5 fois par nuit par les motos et les camions qui circulaient sans arrêt, même au milieu de la nuit. Pas facile de se remettre du jet lag dans ces conditions.

I really liked this hotel. They were very helpful about helping me find my way around Dumaguete. The hotel is an easy walk to the Coatal road where there are lots of restaurants, but the food was so good at the hotel, I hardly went out to eat. The breakfast is fantastic. They also have these bagels with egg and different meats. They are delicious any time of day.

The hotel is nice, and the service staff are pleasant, smiling, and create a welcoming atmosphere. However, the breakfast and the service around it leave room for improvement. While the meal itself is decent, there is no reason why machine-brewed coffee shouldn't be included free of charge. Guests are only provided with regular coffee, and ordering from the coffee machine incurs an extra fee on top of the breakfast. This shouldn't be the case.

Everything was much better than we expected. Very nice rooms and the hotel is located in a spot near restaurant. The ONLY thing that we reacted on was that the acoustic was not great. We heard pretty much everything outside even though we had shut the balcony and the window. Besides that, the stay was 5/5!

The staff was exceptional and very polite. The food was DELICIOUS and more like western cuisine. Best BLT I’ve had in years. Found some loose boards at the pool and maintenance fixed it right away. Mattress wasn’t that comfortable compared from other hotels I stayed at. A bit more expensive than other hotels, but still a nice place to stay
