I hope you read this before you book since this place is a scam! Funges all over the place, bedsheets full of yellow stains, what you see on the pictures is a fairytale since when you see it in real life it’s horror! They promised full refund and after only wanted to refund 50%, we made many extra costs to arrange other accommodation for the same night but for not any money on this world I would stay one night in this scam place !

This place is a complete scam! Hope you read this before booking this since nothing you see is like it is, rooms are horrible, dirty, fungus everywhere and even the bed sheets are full of yellow stains and last but not least there are insects! After getting a confirmation that I would get a full refund they didn’t confirm but luckily Hotels.com helpt out, I also made a complain at the tourist police since this place is really a scam and fraud!

This listing in Expedia is a scam. The room was nothing like what I booked in Expedia. Check in was horrible. They were slow and gave the wrong door code. The room was dirty. I moved out immediately and asked for a full refund but got no assistance. Expedia dropped the ball on this one. I still want my money back. The property manager changed her Vietnamese phone number because I kept asking for a refund and she kept saying she will ask the property owners. I will not book through Expedia again.

The front desk did not have any information about our arrival. He asked for apartment owners details which I did not have. I checked my booking details multiple times but did not get any help. Tried the virtual assistant and it kept on going in circles. Then checked the booking details and supposedly I was to send an email to the apartment 48 hours before arriving. I did not receive any email from the property in this regard. Now my money is lost and I had to make a last minute reservation at another hotel. The frustration could have been saved if I could speak to a customer service rep as in the past which used to help in getting out of such situations. Very bad experience both at the apartment as well as on hotels.com
