Fantastic staff, as good if not better than any 5* hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The lobby bar and the 1808 bar are super. The food and portions great and reasonably priced. Location great! Great job to the tram that makes it all work.

The staff at the hotel were all lovely people which made our stay something special. Our only negative comment is the TV in the room is way too small and the remote was very worn. Charming old hotel with modern amenities. We were upgraded to the Victorian Suite which was a large room with vanity area and sitting area. The front desk was very accommodating and they answered all my texts prior to arrival.

Other guests were very noisy for a Saturday morning between 6:30am + 8:30am. The cleaner also tried to enter at 9:30am. The bed was very uncomfortable unfortunately. However staff were kind, check in was easy. I enjoyed the ease of it.
