Very disappointed in this La Quinta of Hinesville.

We stayed at this La Quinta a while ago and was pleased. This time the wear and tear is really showing. The carpets are stained and torn in a lot of spots. The furniture needs replacing. The desk chair would tip over if you tried to sit in it. Lamp shades were dirty. I'm actually surprised Wyndham would want their name attached to this Hotel. Next time we will use a different Hotel

Overall good hotel. Could use some upgrades and the internet went out several times during my stay. Also had a child running and jumping in the room above me until 6AM which was unpleasant.

Staff super friendly, clean room, but they allow dogs and i got stuck with the room next door a dog barking all night, another room had a couple arguing and they wound up in the hallway yelling at each other and no one from hotel came to stop it

Will Stay Here Again

This hotel was AMAZING! As we pulled up, there was a mother goose with her goslings sitting next to this beautiful lily pad smattered pond. It had a fire pit, grill area, a giant Chess game, a basketball court, a putting green, AND a fabulous pool. WOW! Room was excellent and my favorite: my Westie & Scottie were comfortable. Across the street is THE best BBQ: Willie Jewell's BBQ.

The pool was down again. Also, my room the door knob was broke. I was locked in my room couldn’t get out. The curtains had big holes all in it. The floor was nasty. I had to go back and re-clean the tubs and sweep the windows had a big old crack in it. The Jacuzzi tub was horrible. It was so horrible. The bathroom closet, dead roaches all in there when I got in the shower, we couldn’t get out the shower because we got locked in the shower because the door wouldn’t open back up. It was just stuck or talking about the shower door the bathroom door one of them you couldn’t get into one side you had to go all the way around the toilet, barely flushed. The carpets were horrible. They’re dirty Filthy

Bad hotel service!!

Booked room. Pay full payment. Arrived at hotel, the receptionist said that my room is sold out!!! How??!! If you paid in advance for the room, then that room is yours!! Lesson learn. NEVER BOOKED HOTELS WITH THIRD PARTY, IF YOU WANT A GOOD VACATION!! Call straight to the hotel to secure the reservation.

Comfy clean with a yummy surprise

Huge lobby & breakfast seating area with 2 TVs & several comfy couches. Breakfast egg omelets with sausage & potatoes on side were a yummy surprise. Checkin staffer, Erinn, was delightful after a long ride. Room was comfortable.

Avoid. Not worth the $$

Upon arriving we stopped at the hotel to check and see if the room might be ready early.Greeted by a man, apparently we interrupted his lunch, when I asked him if it might be possible to get the room early he said it had not been cleaned yet I asked if it might be ready early, he said check in is at 3 and it will be ready at 3. So we left and came back around 530.I asked where the handicap parking spots were and the clerk pointed to the side of the building and said im not sure if we have any, but you can check over there. Getting to the room, halls were dirty, got to the room extremely tired since being on the road since 4 am, the bathroom was filthy and had TWO towels,and the toilet had not been cleaned. The carpets were dirty.You could not walk barefoot. Couch was stained. Went to make up the couch bed, had no sheets, pillows or blankets. Called the front desk and asked for them and was told I could come and get them. Already ready for bed, I had to get changed again to go and get what is usually already in a room with a sleeper sofa. When I got to the front desk the clerk said guest normally come get this stuff themselves.I have traveled alot. It is usually in the room or they will bring it to you on request. Not here. Not one staff member went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.Also when choosing a hotel I wanted one with a pool. The pool was closed until further notice. This was never mentioned when booking. Terrible place.

This hotel was very old and outdated. The furniture was very old and peeling. Toilet had a small stain inside. Bugs crawling on the ceiling. The pictures viewed online did not look it showed onsite
