The hotel was fully booked, yet there were six people waiting who already had reservations and were told they had to leave. Eventually, they found a room for me, but the door was broken and I had to push very hard to get inside.
About an hour later, they reassigned my room to another guest, who attempted to enter while I was inside. As I was alone, I did not feel safe and decided to leave.
The staff member at the front desk did his best, but the situation was still unacceptable. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
Hotels should have a penalty fee for customer that don’t have there rooms, as well as the hotels charge us for not appearance.
