This is located a block away from the Hop on - Hop off bus route which was very convenient. Parking is on the street - which can be challenging depending on the time of day.

We were given only one key card, which limited our flexibility. Two key cards for room should not be a problem for managers

The curtains didn't block all the light, so the room got bright early in the morning. It would also be better if there were a door between the living room and the bedroom. Our child goes to bed early, so a door would help keep the bedroom quiet. Otherwise, we were happy with our stay. The room was clean, the area around the hotel was nice, the Wi-Fi worked well, and check-in was easy and hassle-free.

This was one of the cleanest, brilliantly organised and cleverly laid out properties I ever stayed at. I travel a lot all over the world and stay in a range of 4* and 5* hotels and this place truly surpassed my expectations. A true gem right in the centre of Bratislava!❤️

Staff were friendly and the room has everything you need and was very clean. There is also a shared kitchen space you can use. There are toiletries in the bathroom but I preferred using my own shampoo instead of the shampoo/shower gel that was provided. If you have a suitcase make sure to contact them in advance as you can store your luggage for free at a nearby hotel. We did this after checking out but not before checking in and spent 3 hours carrying the suitcase.
