We had a great stay at the newly remodeled Red Rock Hotel in Hibbing,12/29-12/30/2025. All staff were professional, personable and helpful. Our room was spacious and very clean. We would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is undergoing renovations so some of the facilities were not ready, but that was just fine. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Hibbing. Would recommend.

Hotel building has been around a long time, new owner is investing in complete remodel, so understand not everything is available, currently. Overall they are doing great and i look forward to this being a beautiful spot to stay in Hibbing.

Staff were all friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. Our room was clean and well supplied - everything looked brand new still. I love their open breakfast concept (great for someone who doesn't like to eat before 10/11am). Pool was under construction but looked like it was going to be amazing. If I ever find myself back in Hibbing, I will definitely be staying here again.

The exterior of the hotel has been painted but it is attached to a section of the building which has not been painted. At first glance the hotel looks like it is no longer open but the owner is in the process of renovating the hotel. The interior of the building is fresh and clean. The room I stayed in was renovated and was very nice. Overall, it is a nice hotel and one that I would stay at in the future.

Remodeling in progress. From what is accesible to the public, the hotel is 5 out of 5. Room was very clean, the bed extremely comfortable slept like a baby! You can see the new owner is putting in a lot of time, effort, money and ia thinking about everything when it comes to accomodations.

Place looked deserted/closed.

I was worried that they were closed when I pulled up (driveway is TERRIBLE--drive very SLOW!) because there was only 1 car in the parking lot. The woman at the front desk said that, not only were they open, but they were sold out. I left at 6:15am this morning and there were 16 cars and/or truck in the parking lot. So beware, if they sell 15-16 rooms, they are SOLD OUT.

The hotel is undergoing renovation, so lacking in some amenities. Room was ok, but needs better lighting. Bathroom was ok, but shower floors were slippery when wet. We requested a bath mat and that helped. Limited breakfast selections. Staff was friendly and helpful and location was perfect for our hiking trip.

Had an AI answering system in the evening that led to number that wasn't answered. Got locked out of my room (my mistake) and had to search behind the desk to find the number of an off the clock employee to get a hold of the person on the clock (they were fixing plumbing it looked like) employees were great! but these AI answering bots are a such an ineffective and tacky trend.
