The place was clean with a retro style look, the most comfortable pillows I've ever used. Quiet place with plenty of food choices nearby. Just a few minutes away from the dark sky park.

Very cute room. We had everything we needed. The WiFi didn’t work very well, but that was probably a good thing. I would definitely stay again.

All communications from the staff were timely and easy to understand, considering there is nobody physically on-site, it took a second to understand. The rooms were clean and neatly kept, with every amenity one could ask for. The best part was the proximity to downtown Port Austin, less than a 5 min drive and you’re where you want to be. I would highly recommend staying at the Sun and Sand, I know we will when we venture back!

The house is spacious and very nicely decorated in mid century style. Plenty of seating with two separate conversation areas. Kitchen is large and fully equipped with microwave, Kuerig coffee maker (and pods), Dishwasher and range/oven. Comfy beds and pillows. Laundry room. Two nice decks. Close to town and our stay was very enjoyable here.
