Comfortable stay on 2 occasions when in NY. Will definitely stay there again.

Everything was clean and in it's place. We enjoyed the space and location to food, the store, and the Barclay. It was a group from church there and everyone felt relaxed there.

This was one of the best stays I’ve had in Brooklyn! Mr Sahid was so patient with my family for check in and gave us a breakdown of amenities and breakfast and assisted us in knowing what was around for our convenience.. this is my only place to stay now

Great location, within walking distant to several restaurants, very friendly staff, clean rooms definitely will stay again
真實評價

4/10 尚可

We will not go back to this hotel. The room was clean but very spartan. There we no lamps, very few plugs, the bathroom sink was tiny, the bathroom sink drain did not hold water, the shower sliding doors would not stay in place. It was quite disappointing given that we paid about $450 a night to stay there

Room clean, but small. Parking alittle challenging, but overall enjoyed my stay. We'll stay here again.
真實評價

2/10 欠佳

There was fighting and screaming in the hallways..we heard people being threatened and exceedingly loud sexual screaming clearly audible in the room..The rooms smelled of urine and the mamangement was not helpful. Never coming back, and advise anyone to think 3 times before booking.
真實評價

6/10 不錯

The room was clean and fine. This hotel, specifically on the first floor, was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The echo of sounds in the hallways and the lobby made sleep a challenge. No move to a quieter room which we requested was provided. We also had challenges with our group reservations that the desk person was unwilling or unable to fix. This resulted in a lot of Venmoing friends to resolve ourselves.

El hotel Ramada cobró un depósito de $389.75 el viernes 2 de octubre y lo iban a reembolsar en 3 días y todavía no está disponible en mi cuenta bancaria. Esta situación nunca había pasado en mis reservaciones con Hotel. Com.

Pris and Cons: The outside looks run down. The lobby is super hot and musty, but the rooms were nice, spacious, clean, up to date. The staff was friendly. All in all, I would book again.

Overall stay was good. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also good. The only issue we had was parking. There is only street parking and it was kind of tough to find a space.
