We had the most wonderful stay. The Hotel is exceptional with fine interior design and art along with all the luxurious amenities. We stayed in a room with the most beautiful view of the lake. I highly recommend getting a room with a view. Our Breakfast and dinners were delicious, our room was spotless and pristine, the spa was super relaxing and the staff were Top Notch. We had the best time and recommend this beautiful hotel to others to enjoy.

An absolute dream on the shore of Lake Lugano. The Swiss Diamond Hotel in Melide delivers true five-star luxury with an unbeatable lakeside location. The Experience: Magnificent lake views, immaculate rooms, and a wonderful spa that makes relaxing effortless. The Standout: Exceptional dining at Lago and warm, attentive service that anticipates every need without ever feeling intrusive. A serene, picture-perfect retreat. We will definitely be returning.
