地点 去哪里都远 而且 住的房间 感觉也不是很满意。墙壁床根本住不了人。以一躺上去 床会发出的很大噪音。还有酒店 吃的很一般 大部分 都是免费的 但是 要是吃龙虾什么的 都是收费的。还有 酒店的 沙滩 很脏 岸边都是海藻。海水也不是很干净

Best! Time Ever
An incredible stay! The staff was exceptionally friendly, making us feel right at home. This was our first long trip after COVID, and choosing this place made it all worthwhile. The beachfront location was stunning, offering breathtaking views and easy access to jet skiing right on-site. Plus, the ferry was just a short two-minute walk away, making transportation a breeze. Truly a home away from home!

We stayed at a 1 bedroom ocean view. Rooms were spacious. It was great having a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Resort was family friendly. Food options were great. My only comments was that the beach had a lot of seaweed/ plants. But the beach was well equipped with beach chairs, kayaks.

We just got back after our 10D/9N All-Incl vacation from this property. Excellent stay! Best, helpful & friendly staff; great drinks & food (even for us Indian Vegetarians - but we do eat Egg); Although we didn't go to any of the on-site restaurants (there really was no need to). Mostly we had room-service or breakfast buffet at Caprichos (dinner for Vegetarians at this one is a joke) or order food at the pool area; Ours was a 2 bedroom condo with a full sized kitchen along side Washer/Dryer in unit. Everyday housekeeping is a bonus! I would have loved for the Tiki-bars to have been open beyond 6PM - but the Bar in the Lobby is open till 11. Guests should remember to always write tip on the Receipt - this is one area we were ignorant where we paid cash tips to everyone that provided us services be it at the pool or the buffet or the room-service or even the house-keeping folks and did not write tip on the receipts which ended up with the resort charging a flat 50 or 100 Pesos for every signed receipt without tip being mentioned and so double tipped. We don't regret the double tipping though for the kind of service we received. Best spa and massage experience. Even our 15yo and 11yo kids went twice. Property is a bit aways from Cancun (about half hour) if you need to do any grocery shopping etc. Although UBER is your friend. All-in-all a fabulous all-inclusive stay with no complaints whatsoever. You wouldn't regret if you choose to stay here for your next Cancun vacation.

Overall, we had a wonderful time—the weather was beautiful, and we know how to make the most of any trip. However, as a couple who travels 150-180 days a year, a few issues stood out: Inconsistent Service: Service at the pool was often slow, with waits of 20-40 minutes just to receive a menu. On one occasion, after waiting 30 minutes for water, I received an defensive and exasperated response instead of an apology. While service was fine at times, the long waits were frustrating. Time Share Presentation: We were appalled by antisemitic and sexist remarks during the sales pitch. When we declined a six-figure commitment, the lead salesperson made an offensive "joke" about Jews preferring trial models. His colleague awkwardly tried to smooth things over by pointing out I’m Jewish, but the damage was done. I was left wondering how many times he had made this joke and was met with a laugh by non-jews? This behavior was unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. Unhelpful Concierge: The concierge seemed focused on promoting on-property activities rather than helping with recommendations for local restaurants or events. Upselling Pressure: Staff frequently pushed top-shelf liquor, which felt unnecessary and off-putting. Pool Chair Battles: Securing chairs at the pools was a struggle, which detracted from the experience. High-Tech Room: The room at Mousai was very nice but the speaker system did not work. We mentioned this at check-in, but this forgotten about and was never fixed

Not enough activities for families at the resort: ie: no games room for teens/ mini golf / other facilities- only the beach and pools as well as a few kayaks and an aqua slide on the sea water. We did not do the all inclusive at this resort- and made our own plans for breakfast. some days we had breakfast at the resort buffet /other days buying our groceries from the local hotel market store/uber eats since we had a full kitchen in our spacious suite. On more than one occasion- when dining at the resort restaurants in the evenings - a manager would come up to us and state loudly in front of other diners sitting there in a passive aggressive tone: that he had been informed we were not on their all inclusive plan : and if we realized how much their evening Xmas buffet was per head? And that we would have to pay,” I was quite offended since we were well aware what the price per head was, and we had budgeted to pay for our meals. This left a very bad taste, and ruined our dining experience. This hotel needs to train their staff better on how to speak to guests. I felt quite uncomfortable on more than one occasion and will not be choosing this hotel on future visits to Cancun.

Pros: The property was beautiful, the receiving was good. The staff were ok. The room was good with garden view . Beach view was amazing and the surrounding was very peaceful and romantic. Room serive & house keeping was very neat. Cons: Stay away from coincerage service they ask you to join the vip club membership. This was our worst experience which took away our quality time during vacation. If you do not go to resort with all-inclusive then you will feel separated from the world. The potty area in the room was small & conjusted and the shower was very harsh and we could not control it. Not much activity for kids except for pool.

I would give them a 5 star rating but unfortunately most of the staff in the front desk were rude. They just seemed like the had a chip on their shoulder which checking me in. Also when I asked for my VIP Acess Gold Member access benefits. The cleaning crew were always polite and smiling. The waiters as well. I didn’t get the all inclusive so I did not try none of their restaurants. Other than that it was a nice place.
