La parte de las habitaciones es nueva, en perfecto estado, limpio y muy funcional, el edificio en general es más antiguo con elevador antiguo de poca capacidad y lento, desayuno recomiendo salir siempre a desayunar fuera, barrio de mucho turista por la cercanía a la terminal central, muchas vías para salir y regresar.

O quarto é bom, limpo e reformado, tudo novo. Como praticamente todos os hotéis na Itália, o frigobar é somente um enfeite. O elevador é pré-histórico, mas funciona. A recepção do hotel fica no 3o andar e a equipe é muito simpática, mas até chegar no terceiro andar, passamos pelo elevador pré-histórico e uma entrada lastimável, fedorenta e suja. Fica perto da estação, o ponto é ótimo e tem restaurantes e cafeterias ao redor, o que ajudou bastante. Ou seja, fecha o olho e entra no quarto, pois ele é bom.

This little boutique hotel is exceptional and I would definitely stay there again. About 150 meters from the main train station and the room was wonderful. Very clean and tidy, also recently renovated with all the amenities one could ask for. The outside and the neighborhood are typical old Rome, but that's Rome. Lots of great outdoor restaurants right outside the front door. The hop on / hop off bus stops right outside the train station. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great location next to Roma Termini. My family of 4 needed a close stay for less than 24 hours before flying home and this property delivered. The handle on the bathroom was broken and fell on the floor, and the AC didn't work. No extras provided here (like toiletries) and its a "no frills" and very low key convenient spot.

The hotel location was great two blocks from the train terminal. The staff was not very friendly in our first stay on the second stay a younger guy came back from vacation he was very nice. The first room was very nice the second stay the room was very run down and supposedly it was just renovated it also smelled like old. No early check in. For the price we paid it was not worth it.

Hicimos dos reservas la primera estadía nos fue bien el cuarto amplio y lindo. La segunda estadía el cuarto estaba feo las paredes rayadas y con un olor feo. No hay early check in sin excepción dando en cuenta que nos habíamos hospedado una semana antes. La gente mayor no es amable muy fría pero había llegado un muchacho joven de vacaciones y el fue amable. El hotel estaba a dos cuadras de la estación de tren. El hotel no vale lo que pagamos. Las fotos que muestran muy bonito pero en realidad no lo es.
