Ganske sentralt, nært til det meste. veldig rene fellesområder. trivelig personale. Skulle gjerne vært noen knagger i kapselen slik at man kunne henge opp jakke,håndklær etc., litt lytt, og en AC som levde sitt eget liv. noen dager virket den, noen dager ikke.

I booked this on behalf of a friend who was looking for budget accommodation that was clean and handily located to the centre. Ticked all boxes, although the guy on reception was quite abrupt and unwelcoming.

Overall, mixed review. I liked the capsule idea, a really good concept for someone just wanting a place to sleep and leave their stuff. Unfortunately they are extremely cheaply made and things like coat hooks and doors are flimsy and bad quality, and noise from other capsules can be quite bad. The absolute worst thing was the AC system, which i complained about several times but nothing got fixed. The air in the room gets so stale since the ventilation is so bad, and the AC just 100% did not work the whole time I was there, so i had very uncomfortable sleeps. The ventilation system also beeps very loudly, like a smoke detector on low battery. Apparently this is normal behaviour, but it's loud enough to wake you up and seems like really terrible design/functionality. Bathrooms and common areas are really nice and well maintained. The place in general is fine. But the AC system needs to get fixed ASAP! I will not stay again unless that is fixed.

Alle Räumlichkeiten in einem 1a Zustand, neuwertig, gepflegt und sauber. Personal top, Bei Abreise in derr Nacht wurde Taxi bestellt. Super.Als Hostel 5 Sterne plus!

À mon arrivé le gars n'avait pas l'air heureux de me voir, il n'a pas êté très chaleureux. Pour les autres membres du staff, c'était parfait et même très amicale, merci à la belle française super gentille et aidante!!! Pour ce qui est des installations, wow tout est neuf, propre!!! Pour les chambres très bien, mais comme ce sont des pods, il faut s'attendre à tomber sur des voisins irrespectueux qui ne font pas d'efforts pour conserver la quiétude... Bref, pour un cours séjour abordable c'est super!

I checked in after 2:00 p.m., which was already past the official check-in time. However, the staff member who handled my check-in didn’t seem very professional. He first asked me to wait while he finished something else, and then when he showed me to my room and found that it hadn’t been cleaned yet. He asked me to wait another 20 minutes. I understand that sometimes rooms may not be ready, but I felt his attitude was a bit impatient, as if he wasn’t very interested in his job. However, I want to highlight the excellent service I received later that night. I had a noise issue and a female staff member from the night shift came to help. She was extremely professional, kind, and handled the situation very well. Thanks to her, the problem was resolved quickly, and I was finally able to rest. I didn’t get her name, but I really appreciate her help — without her, I probably wouldn’t have been able to sleep at all that night
