I booked two rooms for our stay. Unfortunately, Room 111 did not have functioning air conditioning. The front desk clerk came to the room, confirmed that the AC was not working, and informed us that there was no one on-site who could repair it. She suggested that our entire group stay together in Room 246 instead.
We attempted to stay in Room 246; however, that room had several serious issues as well. There was no water running to the shower, the room was extremely dirty, and the bed frame was broken. When we tried to lie down on the bed, it collapsed in a way that caused our feet to lift above our heads, making it impossible to use.
Due to these conditions, we were unable to stay in either room and ultimately had to leave the property and sit in our vehicles for the remainder of the time.
