I would definitely stay again.. Only thing was spa was out of order in tbe room during the time other than that was friendly clean and definitely the best ive been to so far in rotorua for teens and kids

Room was nice and clean.
Staff went above and beyond! I was going to be late for check-in so I called and they said that is absolutely fine, then mads arrangements for my room key.
I had a total of 5 guests so the staff gave a few extra towels, even a few hot chocolates for the kids.
I was able to wash and dry all our laundry.
