Very lovely room and accomodating staff. Glasses were not replaced and a few details at breakfast that could be improved, but all in all very pleased with our stay

Our first time in a Radisson Collection. Very impressed. The team were welcoming. Rooms were tasteful & of good size, very comfy beds and lovely bathrooms (though why do so many high end hotels design & fit showers that seem to half-flood the bathrooms remains a mystery!). Rooftop bar was nice, with views of the basilica. Location was unbeatable, would happily stay here again and would recommend. Breakfast was ok, though perhaps below expectations for a quality 5*

There is no place to just grab a drink at any time. Would be nice if they had a front area to just sit and watch the people. Upstairs bar is very expensive and only open from 5 on.

Everything was fantastic! Staff was great and informative. Helped us with everything from where to.park to getting us tickets to things we needed. Breakfast was well worth the money and was different every day. The location was great! Right within walking distance of everything in Budapest! Would absolutely stay here again in the future.
