Spacious, clean but basic apartment with 2 balconies. - Kitchen is spacious, no dishwasher - Bedroom is fine, beds ok and nice balcony - Bathroom is good with good hot shower - Living room has 2 sofa beds and dinner table. Lighting lacks atmosphere. - Space is cleaned every other day. - Breakfast buffet is basic but has enough choice. Overall good apartment for the price.

Loved the location of this hotel. 10 minute walk from a beautiful beach! Restaurants nearby and breakfast had a lot of variety and tasty options. Would definitely stay here again with my family.

Great place outskirts of Lagos city. Good beach at walking distance from hotel. Nice evening walk to the cliff nearby where local live musical staged. Good restaurants and an Intermarché supermarket at walking distance.

Big apartment for four people. Two comfortable beds and the sofa for the other two people very uncomfortable… Breakfast good, the dinner was almost the same every day…

If you been there before...this place went down...

This place is rebranded from Be Live Smart Terrace, it's absolutely not the same level any more. You won't have access to Ukino main Hotel pools and water slides, kids activities etc. what was very disappointing. You won't be going to Ukino main hotel restaurant for breakfast/dinner (as it was as Be Live was existing) they replaced it with very very low quality and very limited choice small Ukino Terrace restaurant. They use good reviews from Be Live Smart Terrace previous guests where conditions of your stay were totally different, people might get confused as guests are describing experience from Be Live Hotel and it's very different now. Things to remember: No lifts for elderly/disabled Pool is small and place limited Food is crappy Old apartment and old equipment

The apartment was a good size and cleaned regularly. To get in was a bit unclear because it was late check in and nobody has said i needed to go to hotel to check in. You need a deposit and to pay for a safe which is unreasonable. Theres a deposit for an extra key and for an aircon remote. There is no oven, the microwave didnt work, there are no basic washing up facilities like a sponge or anything and no oil to cook with. Couldnt work the shutters on the door, had limited cooking facilities and no ice tray. There wasnt much clothing space in the wardrobe. We didnt get provided with a third quilt for the third guest, only a sheet. The pool was nice but busy after 10AM. Close enough to the beaches and a few good restaurants.

Superbe Algarve

Une semaine début mai très agréable . L’hôtel est bien situé conforme à la description. A 200m de deux jolies plages . Bonne base pour une visite de l’Algarve. Petit déjeuner buffet grandiose. Par contre la mer est très froide , difficile de se baigner . C’est le seul point négatif !!

O apartamento está bem preparado e boa localização. Deveria de haver mais regras na piscinas. O jogo de bola não deveria ser permitido para o bem estar de todos. Também, as pessoas antes da abertura fazem fila para guardar esprigadeiras, vão para a praia e voltam ao início da tarde. Nesse entretanto quem vai para a piscina, tem que tentar arranjar um espaço livre na relva sendo que a maior parte das cadeiras estão desocupadas, mas reservadas. Não creio que seja correcto.

Bien en générale. On a eu un grand appartement propre pour 3 personnes. On était deux et on a eu deux lits simples qu’on devait coller ensemble et qui se déplaceraient constamment. C’était très grand, propre, changement de serviettes aux 2 jours. Par contre on croyait que sur le site il y avait un endroit pour faire notre lavage, mais ils ont seulement un service quand même cher qui charge par morceau de linge. Par exemple une paire de jeans c’est peut-être 4 euros. Il avait un petit café à côté très bien, un bar et des piscines. On avait aussi air climatisé. Ce que nous avons aimé le moins est le bruit. On entend tout tout tout dedans et dehors. Il n’y a pas vraiment d’insonorisation. On était dans notre chambre porte fermée et porte d’entrée fermée . Notre chambre loin de l’entrée principale du bloc et quand les gens entraient à 3h du matin, pas moyen de ne pas se réveiller avec le bruit et l’écho.

Genereller Zustand ist absolut renovierungsbedürftig. - Kühlschrank im Inneren total verrostet, Türgriff abgebrochen. - Auf der Kühlschrankoberfläche war Schimmel - Am Toilettendeckel war die Farbe total abgeschabt. - An der Decke über der Badewanne war der Anstrich abgeblättert. - Die Kochplatten und die Schaltplatte dazu total versifft. - Das Geschirr machte einen ungereinigten Eindruck. - Die Ausrüstung mit Geschirr war minimal - Hotel insgesamt sehr hellhörig Fazit: Nie wieder Be Smart Terrace Algarve Expedia sollte diese Unterkunft nicht mehr anbieten.

Location location location

We booked us at the last minute and pleasantly surprised with a location. You really couldn’t ask for any better location. I really wouldn’t consider it a hotel, I would be rated as a short term rental perfect for families.

Appartement bien situé

Bon séjour dans un bel appartement bien situé. Dommage pour le canapé lit qui n’en est pas un et les plaques de cuisine qui ne fonctionnent pas très bien !
