A great bed and breakfast in a great central location. The owners communicated with me on my late arrival time so they could be there to greet me. They provided some sweets and juice which was a nice warm welcome. I was shown where breakfast is served and all of the info needed for the room. The building is well maintained and cozy. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a delight. A very nice stay and comfortable room.

The breakfast menu was very nice and eating on the roof was delightful. Naples is full of graffiti and the lower part of the building was no exception which made the entrance look like it was in a bad neighborhood.. However once we got to the unit everything was very nice, clean and comfortable.

Maria and the rest of the staff were very helpful during our stay. They helped us with taxis, stored our luggage and even helped us check in for our flight home.

We had a very special experience since we spent New Year’s Eve here. The balcony is breathtaking and we will always remember the fireworks and NYE celebration and toast to the new year. Rooms are clean and perfect for what you need. Beds comfortable and hot showers. Staff is amazing and very kind, helpful and responsive. This place is in a perfect area to walk to all the areas with restaurants and shopping. Our stay

Wonderful and friendly hostess greeted us with a welcome refreshment and a description of some of the areas that we may want to visit during our short stay. Due to an availability we were upgraded to a slightly larger room with a lovely balcony and view. She recommended restaurants and even sent us with a to go breakfast snack due to our early check out. The taxi she arranged was also right on time. Naples is a lively city, a bit rough around the edges and be prepared to run, not walk across the street. If I ever return to Naples I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!!

We have never been so welcomed on any hotel/BB that we have visit over the years. The staff was incredible. The location was in the middle of Napoli, walking distans to everything. The continental breakfast was perfect. We will definitely vist this BB again.

A hidden gem with a central location

We had a very nice stay at Apartamento Annunziata. The location is super - close to shopping in Via Toledo and Centro Storico. The metro station in Via Toledo is also close, which made it easy to get to Piazza Garibaldi/central station (and onward to Pompeii). The Bed and Breakfast isn't very noticeable on street level, but once you get to the 5th floor and above, you have a lovely view of the city. The terrace on the 7th floor, where we had breakfast, is very nice. We will select this place if we come back to Naples again!
