The bed set and pillows were dirty when we checked in and so were the towels. We had to ask to get them changed. The place was extremely noisy inside, we could literally hear the toilet flushing in the room upstairs and the staff usually sat on the stairs just outside our room watching something on their phone at full volume through out the night.
Travel agent in the hotel felt like a scam as they wouldn’t provide a receipt for the taxi we booked, but gave a piece of paper with the amount written on it when we asked for our money back.
