Voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel facilmente.

Great breakfast

It was a very old and cosy room. The location was great, but noisy. The staff was super friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was amazing.

At the pilgrim town centre

The woman in reception had the right job, giving natural smile, was service minded and had the right level of energy. Location in the old town make easy access to all major visitor attractions. The Fransesco Cathedral is at most distance with 10 min walk away.

Everything was perfect except the room and the dining were not in the same building, so if it is cold, it is a bit inconvenient. However, it is just a short walk.

My room was located in another building from main hotel. Room was good size but bathroom was little too small. Overall it was very nice hotel in great location near piazza.

The property was in a separate building, a block away, that was being remodeled. So construction noise lasted until early evening. The front door was left unlocked and unattended during the day. Our room needed to be locked with the key at all times or else it was unlocked and anyone could enter from the street. There were about. A dozen steps to the front door and more once inside. The television and phone did not work. Two gentlemen came at different times and finally we had Italian TV.

Pleasant stay, with excellent localization. Could improve on the room illumination to make it clearer, but that's only a "nice to have" suggestion.

Bom
