Sheets didn’t fit the bed mattresses look disgusting. Couldn’t control the air conditioning poor quality neighbors not good for a family.

I paid for a non-smoking room and it reeked of marijuana and irritated my throat. There was no air conditioner in the room and they supposedly controlled the air cond. from the main office. Non-smoking room and air conditioner was advertised. The staff in the main office were defensive. After a half hour there and an irritated throat they only offered me air freshener. I had to leave to sleep well and not have an irritated throat for my presentation the next day and find another hotel. I paid for a two night stay and they wouldn't even refund the second night when they could have maybe found another guest. The windows didn't open well and were grimy. They misrepresented the room and were surprised I left even though I paid for the stay. They were dishonest and took no responsibility. I think the other rooms were all booked to let me try another room. Hopefully no one is ever desperate enough to stay there. I am grateful to find another hotel nearby for a comparable price.

This property was awful. The rooms looked like they had t been cleaned in months. The beds looked like they had been slept in and never changed. The attendant was very rude. We didn’t stay here. We left and drove to our final destination. I would not recommend staying here!

Most aspects were good. Room had no air conditioner. A floor-stand fan was provided. Room was a few degrees too warm for comfortable sleep. Bathroom seemed recently-renovated and was clean. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Didn't get the room I reserved (no air conditioning). The single bed room was disgusting. The one chair in the room was not suitable for sitting in, nasty dirty. The curtain had a big burn hole. the cupboard was dirty and scratched up. The people they allow to stay there for housing were loud and scary. The couple next door fought half the night in and out of their room screaming at each other and slamming doors on both nights we were there.

A very clean, very basic room

Nothing fancy, dated decor, old building, but it was very clean, no carpets, hardwood laminate. Beds were comfortable. Incredibly inexpensive, especially for Summerfest! I will absolutely stay there again!
