Don’t book this hotel. I booked this hotel and messaged the hotel that will be arriving late as my flight will come in mid night. Despite the confirmation the hotel failed to provide the room when I arrived after long flight from the US. On top of it the hotel argued and said there are no rooms available and you will need to wait for 2 hours at midnight? This hotel staff has no guts to say sorry that it’s our mistake and they fought and argued. Finally after long fighting they provided room in different hotel which was okay, but if thats what you want with your booking, go ahead but if you want peace of mind look elsewhere. Didn’t saw the room or breakfast so can’t say, but I hope could give negative stars.

I stayed for 3 nights and had to ask more then once to have my room cleaned. The restaurant food was unfortunately not good at all. The sauces and naan bread were okay, but the meats un eatable. The area itself full of beggers non stop. The taxi's wouldn't pick you up ij front of hotel either.

We stayed at Hotel Mehul for 4 days and had a very good experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The location is excellent – very close to restaurants and shops, and convenient for reaching anywhere in the city. It was especially useful for us since the VFS and the Embassy of Sri Lanka were just about 15 minutes away. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for both convenience and cleanliness.

Wrong address on Google maps which made it difficult to find. Dirty rooms, ant infested rooms and beds, beds stained with brown and orange marks. Totally disgusting and very little support by staff and definitely not compassionate in their understanding of this and how it's not what anyone should pay for.

We should have known when are taxi driver warned us leaving the airport that where we were going was not going to be comfortable in anyway shape of form. But we went thinking it would be a hidden gem. The people who checked us in were lovely, helpful and welcoming unfortunately the property is in an alley where a gate must be locked and the view was of the alley and mayhem going on. The room smelled and there were ants in our bed. it was late after midnight after a 36 hour travel, we grabbed our bags got an uber and found a high end hotel. i didn' t want to pay a lot hence why this looked inviting and reasonable. The rate of $75 a night way too high. It was a scam. No money returned and hotels.com did not help with a refund even though I sent pictures of the situation.

The room was okay, a lot of ants though but we managed because we were there for just one night. Location doesn’t feel too safe and it is very loud throughout the night. Staff couldn’t speak English so was a bit tricky to communicate, and just didn’t feel welcoming. I would spend just a tad more to go elsewhere if possible.

Be careful, the booking status must be checked.The booking status could be checked after login the expedia web site, but did NOT on the email from expedia.There are confusing the day use only room in expedia. I visited the hotel without knowing the booking status, and the staffs required an extra charge to stay. After one hour negotiation the price, I stayed the room with tripuled booked price.

Hotel rooms are okay but terrible service

Ants and flies, asked room service team to take care of these things. they asked me to ignore these things. Asked for fresh towel, did not provide. Asked for bed sheet change with ants running, did not provide whole day until asked property manager to notify.

HORRIBLE IN ALL WAYS

This was one of my worse experiences of travelling and staying in hotels. In my opinion this hotel is for locals, however I think Hotels.com did not check if the reviews were genuine as it gives 9. Ther is nothing good about from communication to reception location extremely unfriendly people and the hotel is in an area pack with people that are awaiting to harass. Will lodge a formal complaint with Hotels.com as I had to leave in my second day of staying.
