The staff was perfect, but unfortunately the price is high for what we received (only breakfast included)-WITH EXPEDIA, I paid $227.50 (5 guest) When it comes to cleanliness: The room had bees, bugs, ants, spider,etc. To add on, the water that we used to shower or wash hands was with a horrible smell.

Please please don’t stay here, let me start off by saying when I checked in they were not giving me what I had reserved online which was a 2 bedroom room. Instead they were giving me a one bedroom with one queen bed. I told them that it was 3 of us and my reservation stated 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed and another room with 2 beds. We went to eat when we came back I found a full size bed in the middle of the living room. Went back to the front desk and told them that I needed to get the room that I paid for. That I was not going to stay in a room with a bed in the middle of the living room. They kept telling me that when I reserved I paid for 3 packages not the room and that since it was 3 of us, we didn’t need the other room. After going back and fourth she finally told me she was gonna send maintenance in there to open up a door that was locked, once they open it up, we got exactly what we paid for! I’m pretty sure they make money under the table and they were trying to rent out the other 1/2 of the room since it had its own bathroom and entrance. Hard to explain but don’t stay there, the hotel is under construction, rooms were dirty. Food is okey

Bed was broken, it was reported the same day and nobody did anything. They knew about this issue and they just ignored it. My 75 years old mom with back problems had no other choice that sleep in that bed. I will not recommend to stay at this place.

Price is to high, and not all in including. We payed 75$ for lunch cuz the lunch start late. They also charge you if you like to use the beds outside or at the beach, they charge you for for extra towels, and because we tooked them to the beach extra 12$ for each towels use. Snacks were old, I know was a Monday but I do believe the we should give every guest the best everyday. Definitely not the best choice for any visitors, with the price we payed we could get something much better. And the most annoying thing is the you have to request a ticket for every alcohol drink they serve. I’m so sorry but you should do better and all international visitors, be aware this place is not ideal for our spectating

Stay was ok

Hotel was nice as well as the restaurant service. But they lack cleanliness in the rooms and there was no hot water. The cold water coming out of the faucet and shower had a strange Metal smell. Other than that, the stay was good

Well .. I paid for a room where 3 people need to sleep and they just gave me a queen bed .. one of my kids is 14 so I needed another bed. Food was really cold and very limited. The hotel said is all inclusive but they give you the cheapest beer and alcohol and they have better drinks but they want you to pay for them. The dance club was fun but is opened till midnight. There is just one pool and everyone was there so the beach was close but not that great. Karaoke was fun . But that’s about it .
