Wasn’t a bad place for a low budget stay. Could use updating, no real amenities to this property and it is not appealing when you drive up as one big window has mattresses and furniture stacked up against it. Beds were okay, pillows were not hotel quality, internet was not great and TV had about 25 channels and low quality, but it worked for a quick cheap option. Rooms were clean, air conditioning was good, showers were hot and it was relatively quiet while we were there. Close to most everything in Kokomo so it is convenient.

For a budget stay, the place was top notch. We paid $47 for the night. Check in staff was incredibly polite. Rooms were mostly clean, spacious, and included TV & mini fridge. The area seemed safe, didnt feel worried leaving my car overnight. Highly recommended.

This is definitely a no frills hotel. My room didn't have bathroom linens. The floor was not swept. There was a roll of toilet paper but not in the same room as the toilet. It's supposed to be non smoking but the individual doing the laundry was smoking. The front desk clerk was not attentive, he was more concerned with his personal call. The parking lot is full of craters.

The room was clean with the exception of a small stain on the pillow case, which we had replaced. The room no chairs, yet it had plenty of outlets and a remodeled shower. The refrigerator did not work (something we did not learn until it was too late), but the receptionist was kind. Additionally, we only paid $54, so we were satisfied.

Rooms not clean, no amenities. Some Rooms have refrigerators,some have microwave. None have both. No hangers. Towels paper thin and ruff. You get less than you pay for.

Room was clean, tidy and newly remodeled. AC/Heat unit was new, as was the mini-fridge and microwave. Was missing a coffee maker and there wasn’t a coat rack to hang clothes but this could have been due to the room being newly remodeled. Definitely worth the price and I would stay here again.
