Can't say enough good things about our stay. Travel often, particular, and not easily impressed. This place is a hidden gem. Staff, checkin, housekeeping, follow ups, cleanliness, ALL top notch! The attached testirant ate there twice for dinner it was so good and affordable...breakfast was very good as well. So many small details that 99% of hotels have forgotten/not doing. Small town of Williams was great to explore, nice local shops

You either need elevators or assigned rooms to older people on the bottom floor. No iron in the room. The staff was great! Sue at the bar was excellent and so was Jamie in the restaurant. The dinner menu was outstanding and try Sue’s famous black berry margarita.

The hotel is very clean and we had a comfortable stay. I found the staff super friendly. Check in was a mess. Gave us the wrong room, and 30 minutes later and lugging luggage back and forth, we finally got in. Next, they advised us they dont have ice machines due to a health dept regulation regarding ice machines outside. In retrospect, that actually makes sense and never thought of that before. Getting Ice from the front desk was again another 15 minutes for my wife, regardless, this was a big negative. We really didn't use any of the amenities other than the free drink per visit, which was surprising good and strong. We could have booked a hotel a block or two down the road for about half the price and we should have, but If you are looking for this experience its a fine hotel.

Probablement le meilleur hôtel de la ville…bon restaurant mais attention pas de petit déjeuner…seul un service payant à emporter …pas très pratique. Bien situé et parking facile.
