We had a pretty pleasant day. They got us in prior to check-in which was appreciated. The room was cute. Some things were dated but honestly when you compare to other places at Williams this place is great. Restaurant was a huge bonus. Food is amazing and staff was friendly. I just wish you were open later.

Such a wonderful stay, we decided to book a second night before we finished the first! The staff was so friendly and helpful and the property was clean and quaint. We really enjoyed a steak dinner and cocktail at Miss Kittys, as well as a quiet breakfast the following morning, This was a wonderful basecamp for our Grand Canyon and beyond adventures! We absolutly will be back. The Camp Hall looks like it is the place to hang out for sure in the high season, and the pool and hot tub were lovely.

Can't say enough good things about our stay. Travel often, particular, and not easily impressed. This place is a hidden gem. Staff, checkin, housekeeping, follow ups, cleanliness, ALL top notch! The attached testirant ate there twice for dinner it was so good and affordable...breakfast was very good as well. So many small details that 99% of hotels have forgotten/not doing. Small town of Williams was great to explore, nice local shops
