The guest house was a convenient place to stay and very clean.Noisy at night sometimes and the builders worked 8.ooam till 11pm one night we were there out the front which was very annoying and kept us awake.

Beautiful room, but no parking
After reading comments here, got a bit scared. We came by car and picked this hotel because they supposed to have a parking. We'll, they are located in the middle of old town on the square, where you can't even go with a car! So that's very unfortunate that they lie about that. However, there's city parking not far away and we left our car there. There's no reception, you ask for your key in the restaurant. But the room itself is nice! It's spacious and have old chimney, I really like old style and I was happy with the room. So for a romantic trip I think it's a good option.

The likes - location of the property, the views from the room and the size of our room, which had 3 beds. The staff were nice. The dislikes - immediate dislikes were the smell in the toilet area, flickering lights, open man hole in one of the bedrooms, some lights not working. The kitchen area, and things in the kitchen are very old (toaster was in the oven) and there is no kettle (apart from a HUGE one on the stove, that would take forever to boil). We didn’t even want to open the cupboard doors. Key to our room also opened the restaurant door. Lounge was badly stained. We are 2 women travelling and this place had only male staff. They just seem to be unaware of how to present a place, mainly for the dated and dirty things around. When we arrived we questioned whether to stay or try and find somewhere else to go. After our dinner (as we arrived late afternoon) we managed to find another hotel and ended up just leaving (around midnight) with nobody aware of this as there was nobody else in the place (we assume). The next morning we went back and handed in the key, which surprised the staff member we gave it to. It really is a shame that this place isn’t updated. It would not take much to change a few things and give the kitchen area a good clean. Unfortunately this was an expensive part of our trip, given we had to change location, but we felt it totally necessary. We would not recommend staying at this location, not until it is changed.

Esta propiedad debería anunciarse en Airbnb, ya que no es un hotel en forma. No hay una administración o un lobby en donde te reciban, o a dónde acudir en caso necesario. Nos entregó la llave el mesero del restaurante, por donde tienes que pasar para acceder a tu habitación. El teléfono ni siquiera funcionaba. Instalaciones viejas y sin mantenimiento. Cafetera en la habitación, pero sin café ni tazas.

Loved it.
I booked this on its proximity to the Christmas market. Thecheck in is through the bistro and the staff could not have been more helpful. They even carried our bags to the lift. The luft is quirky but functional. The room was massive andhad a shabby chic feel. It had a fridge and kettle and a huge bed. Theviews from the windows were amazing and right into the square. If you are parking you need to stay at the bierkorf car park, very reasonable and close by. We stayed for 3nights and had a great time. There have been a lot of negative comments about this place, but it is not badly priced ,it has an amazing location and it is amazingly quirky. Staff were lovely and i would stay again.

There is no parking as advertised. Something wrong with drain as the smell in the bathroom was unbearable. There was a nice chandelier but only 1 bulb in it. There was a coffee machine but no coffee pods, eventually we got them from restaurant downstairs. The key for the room is the same as key for the outside door which means, that all rooms have the same key and anyone can come to your room at any time. The room has so much potential but it felt like they don’t really care about anything. There is no working contact number for the property, so if anything happens (like you lose your key), you cannot contact them after 11 pm. The number on Expedia or google does not work.

Excellent location right on the main square. The room was quite dated and in desperate need of redecoration. The photos in the description do not reflect current state of the rooms. Remarkably clean and very comfortable bed. Good value for money.

Vista hermosa
Tiene una vista privilegiada al centro de brujas, el unico inconveniente es el elevador que es pequeño y si traes maletas muy grandes como fue nuestro caso es un poco complicado, pero todo lo compensa lo lindo del hotel, la habitación es súper grande y hermosa, vale la pena, me volvería a quedar ahí

Ne perdez pas votre temps et votre argent !!
A fuir !!! Hormis l'emplacement en plein centre, le reste est une catastrophe ! En famille avec un bébé de moins d'un mois nous sommes arrivés sans réponse à notre demande de lit bébé et impossible de joindre l'établissement. Vous arrivez sur place, vous devez rentrer dans un restaurant afin de demander votre chambre a un serveur entre 2 verres. Sans aucun bonjour, on vous demande de payer la taxe de séjour ! Ensuite on vous donne les clefs sans plus d'explications ! Une fois dans la chambre, nous constatons l'insalubrité des lieux, des poils et cheveux partout dans les serviettes et baignoire. Des serviettes encore sur le sèche serviette avec des taches marron imposantes. Et le comble, des draps sales remplis de tâches noires. Nous n'avons pas pu rester, nous sommes rentrés chez nous malgré la fatigue et la route !
