I am not rating this property very high just because we prefer hotels and the surrounding area was a bit sketchy.. however we were very pleased with the help we received from the two staff members, they arranged a chuttle for us at a much lover cost than a taxi! So thank you!

We had a wonderful time here. The host, Federico, was a message away from assisting with any questions or needs. He was awesome helping with car services into Rome and back. The house was clean, the cleaning staff were very friendly and had attention to detail. We felt at home. The area was also nice for a suburb, with a grocery store, pizzeria, bakery and restaurant near by. It would be a pleasure to stay there again.

Federico, the host, took care of everything for us. How communication was quick and efficient. The room was amazing, clean, and well furnished. The linens and towels very clean and a nice scent. The property was safe and quiet. Check-in was very smooth and easy. Overall a fantastic place to stay close to FCO.

This place was just what i needed for my last night in Italy. Its close to the airport, well maintained, clean, room was comfy and i had a good nights rest before an early flight out. Noemi kept in contact with me, provided all the information i needed and much more. I would definitely come back on my next trip to italy!

Frederico was very helpful, fast to communicate, helped me with my transport back to the airport as well. He sent over VERY clear instructions on how how to find the location with pictures and arrows for everything so even after a late flight I could figure it out. Very clean and quiet. Small kitchenette too however I didn't use it. Would highly recommend 😊

absolutely AMAZING! I opened the door room and immediately felt welcome, so cozy and beautiful, the decoration and every little detail were perfect! Also has a very good equipped kitchen, private bathroom & balcony ;) Noemi and Alessio were great from the first minute, very helpful and fast response, I would definitely recommend it and I would love to come back

I arrived around 9pm. Nothing nearby. No food no drink. I was dropped off down the street and had to walk to the door. Then realized the driver five past the hotel. Ridiculous. A female walking in a forging town late at night. They think it’s funny to inconvenience Americans. You may never see a person . Just follow instructions. So many steps! NO ELEVATOR! I should have paid a little extra and stayed at the airport hotel. Less stress was worth the money. I had no diner and only a bottle of water.

STEPSSSS!!! If you can’t do steps and I mean a lot of them twice, then you can’t stay here. To get in the building you have to go up a steep flight. Then once inside a long set of steps. If you have heavy luggage it will not be easy! You are on your own with this place. Code and room. Read the signs and make sure you have all instructions in case you don’t have internet. It’s residential so no food or store near. Get it before you arrive
