Hotel is in the perfect location for exploring the old town and the staff are excellent and friendly. Breakfast was very tasty and lots of time so you are not rushed. Female solo traveller and I couldn't of picked a better hotel

The room looked nice but the toilet didn’t want to flush we told the staff and they fixed it, after it flush again the problem came back and is was making a water noise we had to sleep with that loud noise all night, and the shower was flooding into the entire bathroom, we also put the cleaning sign on our door and the room was never cleaned.

Amazing location.
Very well maintained with helpful staff.
The breakfast was very fulfilling with great choice and helpful staff. Recommended at least once and also visiting the bar, at least once.
Rooftop dip pool very nice touch also.

I really enjoyed the hotel’s hospitality—the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. It was a pleasure to start each morning being greeted with a smile at breakfast. The rooftop views were absolutely incredible.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! This was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The staff was friendly and helpful and we so enjoyed Mia and Sonya in the restaurant and bar. Daniel at the desk was helpful and helped with luggage and general info about the area. Amazing value for the money. We will be back!

Thoroughly enjoyable stay. Clean, comfortable and fantastic staff. Bar had a brilliant and calm vibe about it. I did not take the breakfast as I prefer visiting different (much cheaper) local coffee shops and bakeries for that. Would stay here again.

Stayed at Axel hotel for 3 nights, the location was perfect east walking distantace to central market and the old town. The best thing about it's location is we can go back to the hotel when we feel tired or during siesta. All the staff are courteous and friendly. Special mention to Davide for recommending a great tapas bar and helping us with our transport to airport. Rooms are clean and spacious, we even enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi which is a great treat after a day of walking. Highly recommend....

New boutique hotel with small but very well equipped bedrooms. Wonderful staff front of house and in the bar. Fabulous cocktails and a stunning roof terrace. Fantastic location with everything walking distance. Highly recommended!
