Highly recommend!

My wife and I enjoyed this stay. The host was very accommodating and made us feel welcome. The property was located right off of the main strip in Fredericksburg which made it easy to walk to restaurants. The water pressure was fantastic, the beds were comfy, and the grounds were quiet.

Wonderful individual cottages with convenient walk to downtown. Great outdoor area for conversation and the hosts are wonderful. But don’t forget the homemade ice cream that is beyond delicious. An added bonus for your stay.

Such a lovely stay at the Whitetail Court. The owners greeted us warmly and showed us all amenities and gave us dinner suggestions. The cottage is spotless, charming, and filled with high end touches. Such a gem!

everything was perfect. Loved the rooms, private parking and the location. Marsha and her husband were wonderful. Plus they offered all the free homemade ice cream you wanted. Had it four different times over a two day period. Excellent place. Beautiful decor.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Everything was so perfect! The rooms are just beautiful. You have your own cottage which is around a beautiful peaceful courtyard. The rooms are so spacious…every tiny detail is executed perfectly. Bright white linens…huge comfortable bed. A fridge stocked with water and a Nepresso coffee machine. The bathrooms are stunning…the mirrors and lighting…high end bathroom accessories and toiletries…fluffiest towels and cosy bathrobes. Your hosts Martha and Steven add the final touches perfectly and are so amazing. They went above and beyond to help me when I needed it most. Also Steve’s fresh homemade ice cream is absolutely to die for! Wish I could take it home to London! This perfect little hotel is a dream!

This is the second time we've stayed at the White Tail Court. Its a wonderful property with gracious and friendly owners (Marsha and Steve) who make you feel at home, and go out of their way to see that you have everything you need. This is our go to place when we take a weekend trip to Fredericksburg. It is just one block off of Main St, so it is within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Its very quite though, so a great place to come back and sit in the courtyard and relax in the evening. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to spend a weekend or a few days in Fredericksburg. We hope to return many times in the future.

What an amazing find. Upon check in we were greeted by Steve and Marsha and treated like long time friends. Marsha showed us the property and they didn't miss a beat when it came to details. Not only is the property beautiful the rooms are meticulously appointed with details such as Turkish robes, fine linens, high end toiletries. The mini bar had crystal glasses and included extras like water from New York (all complimentary) orange juice, and a nespresso machine. The rooms are decorated stylishly without being too much. The custom wallpaper with our state flower (bluebonnets) was just gorgeous and matched the trim of the doors- just another little detail that really stood out. The courtyard was great for sitting out in the evenings or enjoying early morning coffee. The homemade ice cream was delish! All high end, clean ingredients. The perfect little retreat- quaint, walkable and safe. We can't wait to visit again.

Very lovely modern farmhouse chic. Property and rooms were immaculate and spacious. Owner was very congenial, helpful and enthusiastic to make sure we had a wonderful stay. On-site home-made ice-cream and a delicious coffee shop breakfast cafe just around the corner.

Absolutely amazing BnB. The cottages are comfortable and elegant. The location cannot be beat and the Austin Street Creamery homemade ice cream is a must. 100% recommend.

This was a gem, the room was quaint, clean and simple design with all the touches. The all you care to eat ice cream was icing on the cake. The courtyard is a great place for late night star gazing or early morning coffee, although it is 32 when we stayed. We still ventured out to enjoyed the space. Owners are a lovely couple who made sure we had a wonderful experience. Secretly, wanted to keep this place all to myself but that wouldn’t be right!

Marsha and Steve completely knocked the hotel/ bed & breakfast game out of the park. Every single detail was thought of, was new and tied together perfectly. We will most definitely be returning to this place when we come back to Fredericksburg.
