My husband appreciated the availability of being able to have a room he could smoke in. Over all, the room was clean, the beds were clean and comfortable. We only did an overnight stay, so we really didn't use any amenities or have breakfast that was available.

This place is horrible. I wouldn't recommend a free night stay. The room was very outdated . I didn't feel comfortable lying in the bed and left without even requesting a refund. You would expect better considering the location.

This place is a dump. Our bathroom had stains and was dirty with large hunks of paint peeling from the ceiling. The floors were dirty and sheets stained. the window shade had cuts and pinholes in it. One could feel the springs in the bed as well. Also, we ran the water for several minutes only for it to get to lukewarm. The hair drier didn't work either. When we checked out the breakfast (a half hour before the end of breakfast time ended), the eggs were gone and other choices were sparse with no attendant in sight. Stay away!

It was cheaper compared to nearby options. Room was hot at check in, ~87 degrees. Outside room 2nd floor motel style, not what we expected based off the photos. Left for dinner with air on and it did cool off to high 70s when we got back. There is a train track across the road, if you’re not used to that be aware. There are cobwebs, not sure if the bathroom door/walls have ever been wiped, and we could hear the tv from the room next to us. Overall, you get what you pay for. The bed was clean, bathroom was functional, ac worked.. Wouldn’t stay again, but also not the worst place. Hope this post helps someone else!

This place is a total dump. Although the owners keep it as clean as they can (I guess), it is about 30 years late for an upgrade. Things are broken, torn, stained. It reminds me of the Bates Motel from Psycho. The pool was covered and not open. The "suite" is basically two connected rooms, one has beds and the other has a sad looking love-seat facing a tv, and a kitchen. However, the kitchen has no utensils, plates, etc. So you would literally have to bring everything with you if you want to cook in it. I guess if you don't have much money to spend and just need a bed to sleep in, this place would suffice, but the Hampton Inn next door isn't that much more expensive.
