Place was very clean and quiet. No disturbance at all. check-in was very easy and straight forward. Comfortable bed. If you need to cook, the option is there. Neighborhood is safe and quiet also.

The Area is totally unsafe,rooms are not clean multiple older doors that are hard to open and the host those not have good customer service ,I would not advice anyone that care about safety or cleanliness to visit or book this short term rental

I traveled from NY and was pleasantly surprised because on exterior it did not look like much. But it had all you need for a comfortable stay - heating, air conditioning (yes, utilized both, as the weather swung from spring to summer from day to day). Most importantly: clean and comfortable bed, hot water, and the WiFi is faster than anyone could ever utilize (I work in IT, so that was extra satisfying)I. Highly recommend for anyone who has business in New York and wants affordable but comfortable place to stay
