장점: 가격이 싸고 넓음, 의자와 책상이 따로 있음, 침구류가 깨끗함, 위치가 좋음, 물이 깨끗함, 세탁 서비스를 저렴하게 제공함, 직원이 다들 친절하심 단점: 객실이 많이 어두움, 벽이 좀 더러움, 객실 내 도난사고에 대해 책임지지 않는다고 써있어서 외출마다 캐리어에 짐을 넣고 가방을 잠가서 번거로웠음(도난사고는 없었음), 객실 내부는 아니지만 1층 복도를 걸어갈 때 바퀴벌레가 지나가는 걸 봄, 바디워시가 뚜껑 없는 병에 들어있어 흘려서 쓰는 형태인데 깨끗하다고 느껴지지는 않았음. 나트랑에서 좋은 추억을 많이 쌓았습니다. 감사합니다.

This hotel is close to the beach with lots of dining options nearby so very convenient. I booked for 2 rooms with balconies but they only reserved one so they gave us back some change for the 2nd room as it didn’t have a balcony. I was not impressed by this as availability cleared showed 2 Roma were available when I booked it. The staff were lovely and helpful, however my room did not have a fridge and the staff offered to keep my food in a fridge at the reception.

I’ll start by saying the good things. The hotel is very nicely located near many restaurants and stores. The beach is a very short walk away. The price was great for a room. The hotel is not actually the ocean view hotel it’s the Aroma hotel. I booked an ocean view room and the room actually looked at the city. When I asked staff about this she said you can see the ocean if you step on to the balcony and look left. The AC was not functional so I told the staff and they tried to trouble shoot but ultimately changed my room. The cleanliness wasn’t the greatest. The pillows were yellow and there was a blood stain on the balcony door. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Please consider before book this hotel!!! I was severely disappointed and extremely terrified with this hotel booking. Upon arrival, I found the hallway completely unlit, creating an eerie atmosphere. An old mattress was discarded in front of the elevator, adding to the neglect. My room's city view was merely a backdrop of rooftop houses in the alley. The walls were scratched, dirty, and poorly painted, with shoe marks and sticky floors throughout. The makeup table was dusty, and the room felt cramped. To make matters worse, the receptionist was unprofessional. The lobby lacked air conditioning, making the space uncomfortable. Given these subpar conditions, I immediately requested a refund for my 12-day booking and checked out. Since August 17th, I've been working with Expedia and the hotel management to secure a refund for the remaining 11 days, as agreed upon. However, I have yet to receive the refund.

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, phòng rộng, quan cảnh thoáng. Nhân viên lịch sự, gần biển, ngay trung tâm du lịch. Giá phòng 500K-600k hợp lý. Lưu ý: Không có cổ đậu xe máy, không có tủ lạnh nên hơi bất tiện. Lối vào đi xuyên qua khu mát xa chân nên cảm giác không quá thoải mái.
