Upon entrance in the hotel, the vibes were on point. The service was excellent, staff were kind, the breakfast (£5!) was great and the price of the room was quite reasonable. My one and only complaint is that there wasn't any shampoo in the room :) haha

Staff go out of their way to be helpful!! Very clean hotel. This review is for the Via Napo Torriani 9, Milan, 20124 location ..not the one next door to the train station...so within a 5 minute walk from Milano Centrale train station but not so close to be dangerous...in other words, perfect location. Room 105 has a door that stcks open / hard to open and close and tv crashes / reboots frequently. Staff had to adjust room temp from lobby. That said, I would definitely recommend this hotel for location, price, exceedingly courteous and helpful staff and cleanliness. Would stay there again!

There were bedbugs and they tried to tell us it was fruit bugs…fruit bugs are black and fly! Not a reddish brown and walk on the sheet under the duvet. They cleaned the room and changed the sheet…that’s all.

Our room was too hot and the air conditioner didn't coll the room at all the entire we were there. We even set it to 20°C,but the room was hot the entire time and we couldn't sleep in it. During warm weather, i would not stay here.

Bathroom drains stunk of egg

Bathroom absolutely stunk of egg from the drains. It was revolting. Took ages to check in - there was a woman who could see us and was sat in the back but decided to leave it for her colleague. Some feedback would be to just check people in as fast as possible rather than leaving them waiting. Fridge in the room wasn’t working. Door to the toilet was weird and had no lock. Quite noisy you can hear the hustle and bustle of other people and also seemed to have some drilling (though possibly outside of the hotel but couldn’t be sure). Needed to check out fast and unfortunately was told to wait again despite there being someone else there to check us out. Wouldn’t stay here again but the location is great for the central station and metro.

Terrible Experience

This is the most terrible room I have ever stayed. Also, you have terrible staff on reception they don’t care customer and don’t solve any problem. The management is big fail. There isn’t any manager who is in charge to solve any issue. I though you are more than a hostel. We paid 200 300 euros per night and what we found is a room with window that covered (since there is a fire stairs right on the window). Although we asked to change our room, they didn’t change it because they don’t want to argue another customer. Show one person who volunteer to give 300 euros for a cave. We didn’t requested something extra or some kind of favour, we just requested a room that we paid for. Having a window that you can see sunlight when you wake up should be in default for a “Superior Double Room”. If we would like to stay in a no-window room, we could find a room for 50euros in a hostel. We asked manager but there is not manager. You ruined our christmas but I will do everthing I can to avoid people from your bad quality and amateur management. Also they said all rooms are same and don’t accept the case but send a note to our room for apologies (even if we put the don’t disturb note which is not acceptable to the staff enter our room). If you thought you are right, you don’t need to apologize. However you also know your fault and admit it but didn’t want to fix. We don’t want your cheap wine, we only wanted what we paid for!!

Förvirrad incheckning. Receptionen verkade temporär. Personal ville ha bekräftelsenummer från hotellbokning. Brukar alltid räcka med bokat namn. Rummet var slitet. Värdeskåp och kylskåp fungerade ej. Rummet öppnades med nyckel men ändå behövde man ett kort som vi inte förstod vad det var till för. Det krävdes inte för att slå på elen. Vi stannade bara en natt utan frukost så vi kan inte uttala oss om frukosten.

The rooms don’t allow you to control the temperature, so it felt muggy in the room for most of the stay. The beds are cheap and wooden slats are not friendly for a plus size traveler. Otherwise, the staff was great! :-)
