The hotel was beautiful. Rooms were very clean excellent views, spacious & we were upgraded to a suite, very kind of the hotel to accommodate us. Breakfast was excellent, location very good central to all other parts of Switzerland, beautiful dining restaurant within the hotel. Thank you for all your attention to detail and consideration.

Room was clean. Shower needed maintenance but did not interfere with our stay. Love the keyless entry for the door to our room - could use the iPhone. I would recommend this hotel

Amazing hidden Jen. Nice location next to a beautiful church and walking distance from Coop store and a very local pub. Hotel has a nice bar and restaurant as well.

I had to email the hotel myself to request check-in instructions, even though they should have been sent without me asking. It was my first time experiencing a "selfie check-in," and I found it a bit difficult. Our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hairdryer had a European-style plug, but it wouldn't fit into any of the sockets in the bathroom or the room; fortunately, the room next door was being cleaned, and the staff member gave us the hairdryer from there.
