Hotel and grounds are pristine, everything is clean as a whistle and looks brand new. But my room (top floor) had no heat and no hot water. None. I told the desk but their reply was only "put the fan on 'turbo', and close the windows" for the cold room, and a general shrug on the hot water. Geez that's not much help. This is probably a 1-time glitch but just relaying my experience.
