Very important..No lift for going to 4th and 5th floor. You have climb 30-40 steps with your luggage. This should be highlighted by property and also by sites like Expedia. Not good for senior citizens like us. Hotel should provide help in getting the luggage up and down. Room is spacious but lacks proper ventilation. So it was hot when we checked in. Breakfast was good. Lots of eating option around the hotel. All must see attractions are within walking distance. Place around looks like you are transported back to 18th century.

On the paper the hotel is nice. The surrounding, Tallinn old town, is beautiful, even quiet at this spot. The room we got was on the second floor (there were no notice on that). The staircase was inside the room and it took the biggest part of the space. The room was cramped. No bedside tables, no shelfs for goods or toiletry in the room or in bathroom (just one wardrobe). Breakfast just ok, not good,not bad. Locatation good. Athmosphere good. You can hear the noise of the ventilation fans from the surrounding, inside the room.

I wish I would have know that the delux units don't have elevator access. My luggage was too heavy for me to carry to my room - so I had to leave it on the staircase the whole time, staff was friendly but no assistance in getting it upstairs.

Wonderful location just a few minutes walk from the old town and less than 10 minutes from the train station. The breakfast was more than adequate and the bed was very comfortable. Could have done with an extra pillow which I later found in the cupboard. I'm sure reception can provide one if you ask. The only thing I have a gripe with is the space. I stayed in a single room and there was just enough space in there and I was travelling light. I can imagine it could get very squashed with a suitcase.
