Muito bom o hotel. Confortável e aconchegante, em frente a um ponto de ônibus e próximo ao metrô. O banheiro achei muito pequeno mas para um casal o tamanho do quarto estava ótimo.

The check-in process was a little long-winded and tricky, but once completed, everything worked perfectly. The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. We had a wonderful bank holiday and would definitely stay with Bob W again!

The room I got was spacious and well planned. My friends room wasn't, so I'm glad I booked the largest room type.

+ sijainti oli hyvä + asiakaspalvelu toimi - Huone oli varsin pieni - yöllä kova meteli - huone lämpenee helposti ja vaikea saada viilennettyä
真實評價

Small bathroom. Hairdryer not close to mirror. TV difficult to use.

I was quite impressed with the room and the hotel. I booked a compact room but it was fine, plenty of room and very comfortable. Only slight negative was the traffic noise which could be a problem for light sleepers. I would happily stay here again. Quite a handy location for concerts at Hammersmith or Shepherds Bush.

Room small and unbearably hot. TV did not work and shower door hanging off.
真實評價

8/10 很好

I was pretty worried about staying here after a poor experience at the Bob W Earl's Court location but the Holland Park location was SO much better. Brighter, more generous and more up to date rooms, bigger bathrooms and more facilities. The tea and coffee station still didn't feel super clean so I didn't use that but otherwise this was a much better experience and better value for money. Think I was lucky with the room - I had a single room in the Basement which was a good size compared to other reviews that I've seen and pretty warm as it is the height of summer and the windows were at street level so I was reluctant to keep open. Overall, I'd stay here again.

Check in super easy. No issues when we arrived. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room is on the smaller side, ok for a night/weekend but you would struggle with a bigger bag/suitcase. The Underground is a 12min walk and bus stop right outside.
真實評價

It was in a good location 7 minutes from major train station/subway, and the area is nice and the room was bit smaller then I would have imagined.
