Perfectly clean and serviceable for a short stay. The kitchen facility was quite basic - literally just a kettle and microwave so you won’t be making any three course meals here. The room was also a bit short of storage to put my things and the bathroom was a bit cramped. Considering the price I paid not really too much to complain about. I was happy and would definitely recommend if you’re on a budget and need a base for a few days.

A estadia como um todo foi muito agradável! Café da manhã incluso para quem pagava cancelamento até certa data, no Taste of Joy foi sensacional, muito bem atendidos pela Neg. O quarta era pequeno mas atendia muito bem, estava bem limpo. O único problema era o elevador ainda não estar 100% instalado (e isso não foi mencionado no anúncio), o que resultou em subir e depois descer 3 lances de escadas com malas super pesadas, bem inconveniente. Eu não cheguei a usar, mas o local conta somente com 8 lockers para todo o hotel, a chance de você pegar ele lotado, é grande. Mas são espaçosos, cabem uma mala grande mais uma mochila ou mala mole juntas/

The room was as described and had proper coffee and good toiletries which was a major plus. Eco friendly and well laid out. Useful for a one night stay. Check in needs re thinking. Automatically give out WiFi code with door code, it took me a while to get it because roaming signal was not good

Fully digital, our team got locked out of their room four times. False fire alarm went off at 4:30 am and they had to evacuate. Very poor experience.

Even though the checking in instructions were out dated and confusing regarding the key fob, and my basin was dirty, snd there were dark hairs on the bathroom floor, l would stay again. I would of given a 5 rating, but for these shortcomings. It's a well thought out concept with accommodation in convenient locations and the pricing is good.

It’s so small I got my head hurt multiple times on the low ceiling. The room didn’t have a regular dimensions it’s actually got shorter ceiling. This wasn’t mentioned and I feel like I paid double what I should have. I deserve a partial refund for all those times I hit my head. I hope I don’t have a concussion

Kiva hotelli Länsi-Lontoossa. Huoneeni oli yllättävän tilava, siisti ja kaikinpuolin viihtyisä. Elektroninen lukko huoneeseen ei toiminut, mutta hotelli vastaili nopeasti whatsappviesteihin ja kaikki sujui oikein hyvin. Viemäristä tuli toisena aamuna todella outo haju ja viereisen huoneen aikainen check out kuului huoneeseen häiritsevästi, mutta kyseessä on vanhempi rakennus.

I selected a ground floor room but apparently there are ground ground floor rooms and below ground (I.e. basement) rooms reached by a long narrow staircase. To get a ground ground floor room is a “special request”. As I am in my late 70’s I was not happy about the stairs. There is construction going on and floors were covered with white paper and plastic- making it unsafe I badly stubbed my toe on a step. Luckily I had my cane with me so I was able to get around. The Only air in my below ground room was a small opening in a window stuck in a corner. Finally if you don’t have a phone with data access and power you are completely out of luck with no access whatsoever to the property.

I didn’t like not having reception, there was no one to assist me with moving my luggage. I struggled to move them up and down the stairs, no full length mirror. Wouldn’t stay there again or at any Bob w branches

Buona esperienza, Pur senza reception la comunicazione è valida e sono sempre disponibili via whatsapp a supportare ogni esigenza. la pulizia in alcuni casi lascia a desiderare, trovata immondizia nel cestino degli ospiti precedenti e spazi comuni non adeguatamente puliti, in particolare le scale con moquette vecchia e macchiata. Peccato perché per il resto un ottima sistemazione. Comunque consigliato.

Great pocket hotel for those just stopping through town for a couple of days. Comfortable, tiny room has everything one needs. If you have a lot of big luggage, you may have a hard time getting it through its narrow halls and you may also find little room to move around in your room.
