The bathtub wasn’t very clean and the shower knob was broken. There was also a fire in the kitchen so the fire department had everyone evacuate the hotel. The pool was also dirty.

The bathroom was dirty, there was hair all over the tub. They didn’t give us enough towels and the shower didn’t work good. The tv also didn’t work good.

Room was clean for most part the floor was sticky in areas. Only had 1 bar of soap for sink and shower total. The soap issue was fixed with a stop to the front desk. Staff was friendly and helpful.

CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION ON SPEAKER PHONE

Requested adjoining rooms. Tried to confirm days before arrival and was put on hold a long time. Arrived and they assigned us to different floors. Key cards consistently did not work every time we tried to use them. I heard the lobby worker taking the reservation on speaker phone. I could hear the customer's information. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!

Good stay for a family of four

Not bad but can use attention to details

Hotel can use updated, room was not that clean, specifully the bathroom, there was hair and dirty counter. The toilet did not flush to good and the air conditioning was not that good. It was also loud from street noise and noise in the hallways.

Chairs in the breakfast room torn, carpet outdated, lobby floor and elevators dirty, for 2 day stay no soap, toilet paper, however the room was nice and cool and clean, quiet no problems sleeping, parking is super bad

Not Happy!

When we arrived workers had been in our room working that day. Left a mess and the night desk person was not helpful when we let her know. The room was dirty. Not prepared well for someone to stay in. The TV did not work and half the light bulbs were out. The day manager however was very respectful. She apologized and tried to make it right. That was the only good part of our stay.

Not Great At All

Hotel looked as if its been through a remodel but looks partially completed. But ya it was poor attempt if it was. Our rroom walls had spackle still covering holes and had not been repainted. The shower's water temp and pressure was not sufficient. To top it off, the 40in TV DID NOT PLAY, screen said it was offline. This is especially troublesome during March Madness. Room did the job but probably could of had a better experience at Mot*l 6 for half the price. This is one of those purchases where U wish U hadnt paid in advance. Used my reward points for nothing.

Dirty outdated hotel

Terrible room with broken ac, I took a picture of the thermostat showing 80 degrees, shower was spraying everywhere like it's been broken for a while, I had to take cold shower because the hot water never worked.. I had no choice but to stay there because all the hotels in Abilene were full.. I will never stay here. I was better off sleeping in my truck

Unclean Cigarette Smoke Room

Our room smelled so bad of cigarette smoke and it was supposed to be smoke free.We had to purchase frebreze to make the room barable to breath in.The pullout bed had blood stains on it. There wasnt any linens for the pull out bed. There were purple stains on the top blanket of the main bed. The floor wasnt clean. There was french fries and hot cheetos on the floor. The fridge door wouldnt close. There was multiple patched hole marks on the wall. The door had marks like it had been pryed open multiple times. There was multiple piles of spit in the corner of the elevator. I have pictures but this survey wont let me add them.

Very dissatisfying!!

The hotel room was terrible!! The shower head was broken and spraying all over, the wall next to the shower was rotting and the drywall was coming apart, there was trash under one of the night stands, one of the beds had a dip in the middle of it! The room smelled like mold or smoke we couldn’t tell which it was but after seeing the bathroom I assumed it was mold! We actually went to Walmart and got a sheet and pillow cases and a blanket to sleep on the bed!! One of the worst stays we have had in years!!

Locked out

The stay was okay until the key card stopped working. Two days out of the three it did not work. The manager’s pass key would not work on the third day. Finally decided the battery was bad. There was no maintenance personnel available.
