The staff goes out their way to help with any of your needs. Excelent price for what you get. Only 15 minutes from the Santiago international airport. In the center of downtown Santiago. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops and historical places.

This is a good hotel to be based on if you have a longer stay in Santiago city. Almost everything you want to see in the downtown area is walkable. The hotel property is not in the best of shape, but it’s not bad either. The hotel staff are kind and helpful - but with limited English skills, so if you have Spanish, you will be even better off.

Very grateful for the front desk staffs scheduled some of our tours. The room is clean and comfortable, but lack of some basic things, such as a simple coffee or hot water tea maker, which is pretty standard everywhere in the world. Breakfast is awful bad. Location is the best for a tourist.

Fomos ao hotel esperando menos,mas foi uma agradável surpresa quando chegamos.Fomos muito bem atendidos pela equipe de check in, tudo fácil e rápido inclusive nos auxiliaram com nossa bagagem. Quarto limpo, banheiro limpo, chuveiro de primeira e as camas muito boas e grandes. Para nós o café da manhã esteve ótimo. A localização é muito boa, perto de varias atrações no centro.

Péssima hospedagem

Infelizmente o hotel fica em uma área de difícil acesso, principalmente a noite, ruas escuras e desertas. Em relação ao atendimento dos funcionários da recepção nada a reclamar, porém quando tive que conversar com a funcionária de reservas, uma decepção. Uma funcionária extremamente grosseira, que me atendeu no meio do hall de entrada, na frente de outros hospedes e funcionários e em nenhum momento quis dar uma solução para os meus questionamentos. A gerência também se mostrou despreparada e demoram dois dias para responder a minha solicitação, quando vieram para resolver, bateram na porta do quarto as 23:00 hs e queriam me devolver dinheiro ( não foi esta a minha solicitação e obviamente que não aceitei pegar o dinheiro ) Isso sem dizer a qualidade do café da manhã que é muito aquém de um hotel três estrelas, o café da manhã não tem um suco sequer. Para ser bem objetivo, a hospedagem foi uma tragédia, eu nunca mais me hospedo nesta rede hotéis, principalmente neste de Santiago - Chile.

Satisfeitos, porém com ressalvas

Como reservei o hotel pelo aplicativo, tivemos desconto nas diárias, as recepcionistas não estavam entendendo isso gerando um grande desgaste no momento do check in. No momento da reserva visualizei que o pagamento deveria ser em dólar e poderia ser em cartão, só não foi especificado que deveria ser em cartão de crédito, como foi exigido no hotel, tive que ir em uma casa de câmbio para sacar o dinheiro em espécie, gerando mais desgastes. Seria muito importante que tudo estivesse explicadinho para evitar esses contratempos, e que os recepcionistas estejam mais treinados sobre reservas por aplicativo, se eu não insistisse muito, teria pago o dobro do valor que foi programado na reserva. Tirando essa chateação no momento do check in, a estadia foi maravilhosa, o café da manhã, o quarto são incríveis, nossas toalhas foram trocadas todos os dias, só não trocaram os lençóis, mas como estava tudo limpinho não impactou na nossa avaliação, ficaríamos hospedados nesse hotel novamente. O hotel fica pertinho de tudo, amamos.

Pessoal que trabalha muito atenciosos, sempre a disposição para auxiliar o hospede. Hotel antigo mas muito confortável, quarto bem amplo. Sempre com um bom cafezinho 24 horas a disposição na recepção para o hospede apreciar enquanto espera o transporte. Localização ideal para fazer a visitação nas partes centrais de Santiago. Nota 10, super recomendo.

Ficamos uma semana e não houve troca em nenhum dia das roupas de cama. Tiramos uma fronha, manchada de baton, jogamos junto com as toalhas molhadas, e ela voltou ao travesseiro. As toalhas estavam manchadas. Um horror.
