Older property but still is good condition. Very nice lobby area with lounge. 3 mins walk to Morioka Station. Located along the river. Very quiet and relaxing. The view of the mountains is amazing. Got to see the mountain covered in snow. Not much to do in Morioka but the scenery is well worth the visit. Recommend visiting the observation deck for views of the city. Located behind Morioka station (check google maps for exact location). Entry to the observation deck was free.

施設の老朽化とチェックイン前のメインテナンスチェクの不備
設備が古く、老朽化が見える。ただ、チェックイン前には設備の点検を願いたい。浴室の蛇口が硬く、フロントに連絡、直ぐに対応して頂いたが、業者による部品の交換を余儀なくされ、当方休んている所を邪魔をされた。 テレビのリモコンが不調で、当方の機転で電池の出し入れをして直る。これもメインテナンスと不備と言わざれおえない。
