Clean affordable and excellent staffs willing to help but there’s no elevator and it’s hard to carry big and heavy luggage’s up through stairs.

Really nice hotel. Staff was great especially Cherry & Arial. Room was super clean and bed comfy. Nice bathroom with hot water. Wifi was good. Breakfast was great and so was room service. The only thing lackkng was the hotel rooms did not have refrigerators. Loved the stay & will stay here again.

Thank you to Ms Irish, Ms Lyca and other staff for transferring our booking over to Travelbee Mactan Airport as we needed room accessibility. We appreciate the accomodation!

It was exactly what we expected for an overnight stay after a 27 hour trip. Everything was good . The bed was comfortable for me. Nice and hard! Had continental Filipino breakfast which was satisfactory!

The whole staff were ALL helpful and courteous. Everybody had a smile and something nice to say.! From security at door to the desk staff to the porters to housekeeping! Your staff beats a bigger hotel we stayed in the Cebu city itself! The place was immaculately clean. Breakfast was good too! Glad to come back to it after 3 days in Leyte!

There are many better hotels available near this area for the same price. This is way overpriced for such a place

Nice staff. Change the old towels to white towels which would look clean.

The staff are very nice and accommodating. Very accessible to restaurants, pharmacy, etc. Close to the airport. My concerns are: towels were old and not white, the shower hose and soap container looked rusty. Too noisy, horns blowing at night. Rooms need to be sound proof. Overall, i will rate this place with 4⭐️
