The room was more dingy and small in person than it appeared in the photos. The bed sank down so much in the middle, it really should be replaced. We were so tired so we slept just find but we would not stay again. One of the staff guys on the night we checked in was rude and unprofessional and the other guy who was working that night was at least friendly. When we checked out in the morning the day time staff was very kind, so they sort of saved the experience.

The room had a toilet leak, and dirty towels. The dish cable box was broken and the condition of the room felt not truly cared for. Not as I expected. I was reassigned to the second floor right above the original room, the towels were dirty and cable box still broken. The rooms are smaller than pictured. The rooms also have a smell but it’s due to the structure being old I’m sure. My door didn’t close fully because of the insulation strips protecting the wood frame which didn’t feel safe at the time. Within an hour and a half I checked out- mainly because it took an hour to find another room. The front desk was so helpful I almost wanted to stay - I was told the manager would likely refund me at least for the full next day I didn’t even stay. I have yet to hear from management. The front desk called the next day to ask if I even checked out. Management it truly dropping the ball with this location and the front staff is trying it’s best. I would not recommend a stay here if you care about the room. If you are there to just sleep and are on a budget- it will do the job. Bring towels and face cloths.

Hotel is nicely remodeled, and the staff is very helpful. Housekeeping did not leave towels in our bathroom, and the bathroom was not completely cleaned but I did go down to the front desk and they were very apologetic. We would likely return if we are ever in the area again.

Room was clean, air conditioned. I wish I was in a room w a better window view but tbh I loved my room. My only complaint was that the toilet paper handle and towel handle by the mirror were loose & I was scared to hang anything on it. I’m not a docking a star for that bc tbh it’s not a huge deal to me. The staff were all incredible. Loved it & in the middle of everything.

We enjoyed our stay at the CasaBlanca Hotel. The location was wonderful for sightseeing. The rooms were clean and the staff helpful. Unfortunately, due to our short stay and heavy sightseeing we were unable to make time to try the outdoor tubs on the top floor.

Staff was nice, hotel has potential but it was leaking with puddles in our room. The mold/mildew smell was almost unbearable. We left first thing in the morning to get get out of it.

Hotel has lost a lot of its charm! Love the location , but the elevator in tb south tower is on its last leg, and feels dangerous! The rooms are very stylish, yet I had issues with TV, and the water pressure sucks big time in the north tower. The rooftop lounge ng s are not well kept. The speakeasy bar is gone, and there is no restaurant on site. I really use to love this place. Now I’m going to look at staying somewhere else! It a shame really!

No tv service and no WiFi too. They wait tell you book the room THEN they tell you after . The room above us was partying all night till three in the morning complain twice nothing was done about it.
