I ordered tuna roll and the bread was stale so they over toasted it - it was also quite dry had to put extra mayonnaise on it (the last time I stayed here this was a delicious roll) Bed was decent slightly soft mattress, but overall comfy

Exceptional stay at Cape Sienna

This is a great hotel, lots of positives like fantastic sea view from the Deluxe rooms, exceptional breakfast with lots of variety, nice pools, 15 min walk to the beach, friendly staff who accommodated early check-in due to flight arriving early morning. Only negative, walking back up the steep hill after an evening out, it would be great if the hotel offered a shuttle service to the beach and back.

Convenient quiet setting within walking distance of shops and restaurants. A shuttle bus was available to get to the beach which ran three times a day but you need to put your name on the list held at reception. We didn't like the outlook of the room we were allocated so asked if we could change. The staff were accommodating and showed us an alternative room which we didn't take. However their response to our request made us feel that they would do their best to resolve the issue. Overall the staff were friendly and pleasant whoch we appreciated.
