The room was clean and well maintained. A bit of noise from the street. Breakfast was great but the coffee was terrible. Tasted more of chocolate. So I bought my morning coffee at a coffee shop downstairs.

Room was clean but generally a bit worn. Not sure if it was the vents but there was a loud background noise in the bathroom at night. With the door closed (and my earplugs in) thought it wasn’t too bad. Otherwise, it was comfortable. I do think breakfast ends too early

Very local walking distance to bui vien street and many other tourist spots local if you are willing to walk about 15 - 20 minutes. If not, grab app is a couple dollars. Just didn’t like not having a window

Great location and centrally located to shopping and restaurants. Great staffs from the front all the way to the cleaners. Just needs some upgrades and repairs to floor coverings. Highly recommend to those in a budget.

Good location of the hotel. Room for 3 quite small, but was very clean and if you planning to be outside and explore most of the day the city, and not spending to much time in the hotel, size of room should be ok. Breakfast quite big variety. Unfortunately I saw 1 mouse inside hotel's restaurant.

Great hotel with a large bed and a small balcony, right in district 1 and walking distance to many restaurants, stores and attractions. Friendly staff. I will stay here again next time I’m in HCMC.
