We had no luggage, our flight was late and we needed to leave early. They said there was a complementary bottle of wine but there was not. Would have liked to enjoyed it but was pretty stressed out because of all the circumstances, would have liked the hotel to be more heartfelt.

Fantastic hotel. Everything you could want for a stay and a visit to Old Lisbon. Great decor and style, unique. Helpful staff. Shopping aand dining everywhere from right out the front door. Easy walk to the bus/metro hub. Comfortable bed and about a 25 min trip to and from the airport.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. However; we experienced 3 separate power outages during our 4 day stay. After the second power outage on our floor we decided to book a night at another hotel just to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The final power outage was on our last night and we had to pack in the dark with the use of our phone flashlights.

Very cozy and “artsy” boutique in a lovely and prime location . The staff were very welcoming and gave us plenty of great information on the area . The bar and restaurant attached to the lobby was so relaxing . We would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again !

Very customer-focused. I had purchased the room with the breakfast option, not realizing my flight left so early. They had a boxed breakfast ready for me as I was leaving. Also there was a welcome cocktail which was quite delicious!
