O complexo é confortável e às refeições são cheia de variedades! Os restaurantes que marcamos horários foram bem bons! Ponto que não gostamos, não tinha trocador para trocar nosso filho, ou íamos para o quarto ou trocávamos nas espreguiçadeiras! A cerveja não é gelada! O atendimento eh ruim! Para nossa primeira experiência em resort, esperávamos mais!

Our day started off with the hotel, giving us the wrong room bottom floor with no view and we couldn’t check in till 6 PM. They stated because the Internet was out. I argued with them that I paid for a room with an ocean view cruise ship view they did not believe me until I showed him the paperwork from hotels.com. Then they put me into a room on the third floor balcony facing the pool and the cruise ships. After we checked into the room, we noticed that the AC was not working. We were extremely hot every night we kept on repeating and going over to them and telling him that our room is too hot and no one did anything about it until the sixth day when they changed my room for one night it was very too hot in the room, daytime and nighttime extremely uncomfortable and every time when I called for service and room service the phone just rang. Nobody answered it. I’ve never stayed in a hotel like this before. And the view that I had was looking at an oil tank or drilling boat for the whole six days I was there and I will send a picture with it no view of the ocean or cruise ships.

Be aware of family rooms at the Rif

Service was oke at the Rif as they were not willing to accomodate a family of 4 in one room or in 2 rooms with connecting doors. After 2 tries we got upgraded so the kids could sleep in a room next door with connecting doors. Other than that a great hotel

Na média o hotel é muito bom

O hotel é muito bom, bastante confortável, bonito e bem localizado. O atendimento deixa a desejar, fomos bem atendidos na recepção mas nos restaurantes não, caras bem fechadas dando a impressão de total falta de vontade de atender, mas isso é uma característica local e não só do hotel. A comida é ok, nada maravilhosa. As praias bonitas ficam distantes e tem que ir de carro, os hoteis não ficam nessas praias. Os pequenos pontos negativos do hotel são super passáveis, nada que atrapalhe a hospedagem.

Excellent choice if you wabt all inclusive

Loved our stay, beautiful and cristal clean resort. Good location also, easy to travel around with local bus. Only thing that was under my expectations was the food variety. We went out to eat a few times, and restaurants offerd more quakity and tasteful choices.

Amamos!

Quartos espaçosos, com ar condicionado, frigobar e água quente. Dois restaurantes disponíveis para almoçar e jantar, e mais 6 para jantar para agendar a visita, eu adorei. Praia privativa com água calma, piscina grande, 2 bares, tudo ótimo. Achei que compensou, pois as refeições em outros lugares são pagas em dólar, e para brasileiro está saindo muito caro. Então usamos e aproveitamos bem o all inclusive.

Hotel lindo, atendimento péssimo

O hotel tem uma estrutura linda, maravilhoso o ambiente. Comida também muito saborosa no geral. Porém, o atendimento e serviço tornou nossa experiência um pouco desgastante!! Parecia que implorávamos para sermos atendidos. Pediamos uma bebida e acabavamos de comer e a bebida não chegava. Funcionários sempre de mal humor e fila no bar da piscina SEMPRE. O quarto é bem amplo e novinho, mas os lençóis fediam a doritos. Pedimos para trocar umas 2x as fronhas do travesseiro e o cheiro permanecia. No geral, o hotel é lindo mas o serviço e limpeza deixam a desejar. Não recomendaria!

This has to be a nightmare!! I booked for Valentines day weekend from about 6 weeks ago. They called me Thursday night to tell me they are overbooked and they wouldn't be able to accommodate me and I had to stay at the sister hotel and that's all they can do. The sister hotel was a like a kids amusement park where i wanted a romantic get away. I said well I want a refund im not going and getting kicked down to a low graded hotel. The customer service is bad as I am still waiting for an answer on a refund. I wouldn't book this hotel as it maybe understaffed and not reliable. BEWARE!

We stayed at the RIF, new resort. The stay was good, the buffet was one of the best experience we encountered compared to other all inclusive resorts we have been to in the past. The restaurants for dinners didn’t stack up in comparison to others in other all inclusive resorts.

This resort was beautiful however it has some of the worst service I’ve seen. Nobody wants to help you. Waiters leave your tables filled with dirty dishes from previous people and expect you to still sit down at the table. You have to continually try to flag them down for a long time before they come take your order. When they finally bring you the food you have to go up and get your own utensils because they ignore you when you try to ask. Even service at the bars were slow and inconsistent drinks. Out of the 8 days that we stayed here we could only get reservations to restaurants 3 nights as they make it so difficult to book. Overall it was a disappointing stay to say the least.

I liked that it was clean and staff were very friendly. Response could be quite slow at times, I had to wait one hour for toothpaste and I ended up being late for my appointment. Also I requested for my room to be cleaned at the beginning of the day and I came back in the evening time and my room had still not been cleaned. The food and drinks were fine. Alcohol was slightly watered down at times
