Amamos!
Quartos espaçosos, com ar condicionado, frigobar e água quente. Dois restaurantes disponíveis para almoçar e jantar, e mais 6 para jantar para agendar a visita, eu adorei. Praia privativa com água calma, piscina grande, 2 bares, tudo ótimo. Achei que compensou, pois as refeições em outros lugares são pagas em dólar, e para brasileiro está saindo muito caro. Então usamos e aproveitamos bem o all inclusive.

Hotel lindo, atendimento péssimo
O hotel tem uma estrutura linda, maravilhoso o ambiente. Comida também muito saborosa no geral. Porém, o atendimento e serviço tornou nossa experiência um pouco desgastante!! Parecia que implorávamos para sermos atendidos. Pediamos uma bebida e acabavamos de comer e a bebida não chegava. Funcionários sempre de mal humor e fila no bar da piscina SEMPRE. O quarto é bem amplo e novinho, mas os lençóis fediam a doritos. Pedimos para trocar umas 2x as fronhas do travesseiro e o cheiro permanecia. No geral, o hotel é lindo mas o serviço e limpeza deixam a desejar. Não recomendaria!

Ideal para descansar e comer sem se preocupar
Hotel grande, beira mar, porém quase todos os dias tem navios de cruzeiros bem em frente tapando a vista do mar e fazendo barulho do reabastecendo do navio. Quarto limpo e confortável; Comida e variedade boa; Percebi algumas coisas precisando de manutenção, como torneira de banheiro e chuveiro da piscina; Algumas cadeiras e mesas da beira mar quebradas. Academia pequena para o complexo de 3 hotéis.

El mejor fin de año de mi vida, que fiesta más bonita nos hicieron. El café del hotel, es un plus 6 variedades de calidad, los felicito de verdad. Comida y bebida de calidad, nos atendieron divinamente, es un hotel que no molesta para nada. Comida había todo el tiempo variada y deliciosa. Limpieza a diario, y música siempre variada. Me encantó, fuimos muy felices.

The service was the worst I've ever encountered.. The restaurants were dysfunctional, we didn't get food and were forced to leave to leave room for the next guests.. The bars was great though! Many times there was no clean towels at the pool/beach.

Não retornarei.
São dois hotéis juntos, pode-se frequentar as áreas comuns dos dois, mas o Rif tem menos opções. Hotel muito grande, com alta ocupação. Quando da reserva consignei o meu interesse em uma suite, com varanda privativa e ANDAR ALTO. Quando no hotel destinaram-me uma suite no térreo, com varanda comum a uma área de transito. Reclamei. Prometeram-me a mudança para o outro dia. Não fizeram. Só no terceiro dia foi efetuada a troca e para o PRIMEIRO andar, em uma suite com o ar condicionado que não regulava a temperatura. Comida e bebidas regular. Uisque 12 anos tem que ir ao Loby do Hotel Mangrove beach. O Staf de certa forma é bom, funcionários bem atenciosos,com exceção da recepção que são muito enrolados.

Horrible experience, ruined the start of our trip
The hotel is fairly new, we booked two rooms for a family of 4 adult and 1 youth. Check in was terrible we got to the room and the rooms was set up for two adult, the second bed was not in the room, after numerous calls to the the reception, a bed was provided at 12am hours after check in. Second day, we were my 13 year old was discriminated against in the restaurant which was reported to the managers. At that point non of our party wanted to eat in the restaurant. The manager offered as a Will of good gesture to book us into the different restaurant, however the first restaurant we were booked in refused us entry as we were not on the guest so we went without dinner that night. Again this was reported to the night manager who offered room service for a sandwich at 7:30pm but sandwich did not come until 11:30pm. We spend us entire holiday leaving the hotel in the morning and coming back to sleep at night. Despite we paid all inclusive, we did takeout throughout our holiday. Room was not cleaned and there were plates left out in the hallway for days. These issues were logged with the hotel and to date no compensation was given. Another guest while we were they reported theft while we were complain about the hotels the service we received Daniel from customer experience and another manager were approachable along with a handful of staff member were friendly, however, some check in staff especially the lady that checked us in was very dismissive and unfriendly.

Its sold as two resorts but it's more like one resort with restrictions for one side. The pool was great, rooms were great, the beach was nice on the corendon side. I would definitely stay at this resort again.

I had an amazing time at the resort dining room option was limited to me because some of the restaurants you had to make reservations even when it was time to make reservation it was still unavailable so I ended up eating in the buffet many times. I felt safe. Food was not bad at all, staff was friendly. I just didn’t like that. They were no alcohol in the fridge. Only two Presidentes beers. I will still go back. It’s just the food was limited. I felt super safe. I was not sure about the beach and it’s not a repeat. It’s not adults only. When you book with the riff, you have access to the other hotels but i still saw kids around.

Enjoyed it overall the facility and the food was awesome. The only complaint that I have is, I asked two days in a row to have my room cleaned. I even had to sign on the door and called front desk, but no one ever showed..
