Nice stay

The stuff was friendly. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. They have a nice breakfast buffet. The only problem is our room smelled like cigarette's.

Room wasn’t ready on arrival after 3 pm. Walked into used room. They switched us to another better room and it was good. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Bed was a little hard. Other than that, it’s a good hotel. Best one in Graham.

Great hotel, no complaints. One thing, although nit picking, the water pressure in the shower was super low. Again, nit picking, I would stay here again and would refer to others.

Website says they have a pool and hot tub. Both are closed. We drove an hour out of our way and paid a $100 pet fee on top of the most expensive hotel in the town.

Reserved room online with Expedia for my daughter. Called office to inform them my daughter's name and that she would be checking in late under my name. The girl on duty cheerfully said no problem and she would handle it. Great room and service.

The room was not clean when we arrived and we never received room service during our two night stay. I am a smoker but never smoked in the room or even on the hotel property but the hotel charged me a smoking fee. I guess after driving 8 hours to the hotel that my luggage and myself smelled like cigarette smoke. I should have booked my room at the Best Western that had a higher rating than this hotel.

Nice place but for the price…

The hotel was pretty good but for the price there could have been improvements. The pillows were half flattened, the old ac box was broken and kept falling off the wall, the jacuzzi wasn’t operating, and I noticed some dirty doors walking along the hallway. Water pressure was really disappointing, both when showering and flushing the toilet. The breakfast was great and the swimming pool was a hit! The staff were very very friendly. Overall it was a nice place to stay!

Room was really clean!! Door looked like someone broke into it & light shined through it when it was closed. Coffee maker in the room didn’t work! Other than that it was a nice stay!!
