Room was clean staff was nice and breakfast was a good basic meal. Only concern was the show would not stop leaking and was annoying.
真實評價

6/10 不錯

They air fresheners at the main entrance, trash bags in the trash cans, keep the elevator working regularly, since it's the only one, the building has. The staffs were great, but the breakfast was terrible, egs were had to pee, and were very cold.

The restroom had mold and the ceiling in there appeared to be very poorly patched up. Same goes for the pool area

Hotel was very nice. Above my expectations. Nice indoor pool. Staff were wonderful & very helpful to accommodate our family. Will definitely stay there again. Very close to Sea World.
真實評價

Air conditioning was horrible. The temperature didn’t get below 73 and management said it was because of the high temperature outside. Hardly any hot water and it was hot in the lobby and hallways.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool is very nice. Hotel is out of date though. Elevator kept going out. There is NO gym or they decided to close it while we were there. Several places to eat around hotel and Seaworld is very close.

真實評價

6/10 不錯

The hotel is very clean , the staff were great! The disappointing part was the breakfast. It was very minimal compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in. Only had beagels, bread, boiled eggs, apples oranges and yoghurt. For the price of the hotel I expected more variety in the continental bf menu.
真實評價

6/10 不錯

There was no microwave in the room, which is weird and the room that I stayed I (#315) had a metal piece on the door where you had to push it and slam it shut because I think someone had to break in it before there was a crack on the door
真實評價

6/10 不錯

Room had cracked paint and black mold in bathroom. Staff was friendly. No lotion or shower cap. Room was not cleaned between days. Was more like an old Holiday Inn than a Hilton. Breakfast was very minimal. Will not stay there again.
真實評價

6/10 不錯

The building and rooms are run down considering this is a fairly new property. The bathroom ceiling was exposed and the wall paper was peeling from the walls.
真實評價

6/10 不錯

Small motel, the AC on our floor wasn’t working. The AC in our room would not reach the 72 temperature and ran ALL DAY AND NIGHT. The breakfast has very limited. Aimed for single adults. The only benefit was that it was less than 10 minutes from SeaWorld.
真實評價

In the Texas Heat the A/C working properly and cooling efficiently is a must. The A/C I. The room was not cooling and made for an uncomfortable stay
